My first time experience at this location has been very bad. The restaurant was full for ATL & HOU baseball game, we had to wait 30 minutes, obviously it is understandable and in these cases patience should be practiced if no problem. On the other hand, the atmosphere was very good, everyone was happy, screaming with joy and singing about the baseball game, so far so good. Finally we went to our table and everything was great until the service started, first the waiter never showed up, we didn't know his name, he placed the menus on the table with a bad attitude, I understand that the waiters in this type of event are busy, in rush and feel pressured by customers, but in any job and more so in this type of service it is important to be cordial, professional and keep your temper, but when you just sit down and they come to your table with a bad attitude as if they were doing you a favor, i don't think it's right. On the other hand, from the beginning the waiter who served us arrived with a totally negative attitude, heavy, throwing the napkins along with the cutlery, when he placed them on the table he did it in a not very good way, but until there, so good. Although from the beginning it was a brief alert from the service, later he was asked for the drinks and he forgot to put down the straws and the boy's attitude was still negative, the boy asked us to be patient and we did so. My sister who is very patient and all of us in general who have experience in restaurants try to keep calm but we were already talking at the table about the rude attitude of the waiter so we commented among ourselves that it would be better if someone else attended us It was not predisposition, the fact is that nobody likes to get to have a good time and go out to dinner with the family and find yourself with this type of actions, in short...later my sister respectfully asked the boy for "straws" for the drinks and he left 4 on the table and left we needed some more and as soon as there was an opportunity, he was asked for some others so he took a handful of straws and threw them on the table with attitude, that and all the bad energy of the the guy, made me stand up and obviously I went directly to talk to the manager and I told her about the bad attitude of the waiter. The evening was stressful and ruined the moment. My family frequents this place BWW.BEER and they have never had a bad experience and in my case it was the first time in this place but obviously I am not going to return. I'm dissatisfied with the service on this place. After the situation the manager took care of us and tried to solve the situation, she had a very positive attitude and above all she was very professional but in the end the experience of going out to enjoy with the family and having a pleasant moment became a tense moment of bad taste and discussion although we tried to be calm afterwards but the reality is that it ended up taking away my desire to eat and obviously...
Read moreLong wait, over priced food, and terrible customer service.
I had some friends coming over last minute and decided to get some take out from BWW. The restaurant was not very full and the person who took my order said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I asked about the status of my order. The employee came back with an order that did not look correct. Went to my car and fortunately checked to discover it was the wrong order. Returned the order and continued to wait. I noticed a customer who placed a take-out order after me receive their order and leave. So I mentioned this to the employee and he disagreed with me and said that person came in before me and waited an hour for their food. (This was not encouraging information.) Again he said he would check on my order and this time came back with the correct order. We live rather close to the restaurant and when I got home found that the food was barely warm. I called the restaurant and spoke with the General Manager John and after explaining to him what happened he said he was sorry. I explained to him that I waited 45 minutes and paid $100 for cold food. He wasnât going to do anything until I continued to complain and then he said to bring the food back and hung up on me. Since I had already put the food out for my guests I wasnât going to take it out of their hands and return to the restaurant. If you want good Buffalo wings, take it from someone who has eaten at the Anchor bar in Buffalo, and go down the road to Windy City pizza. They have great wings and they are cheaper. If you want a good hamburger go to Cheddars. Their burgers are better and cheaper and Iâve never had to wait 45 minutes...
Read moreSo I ordered queso dip added chili through DoorDash and mind you I have been a happy satisfied bww queso dip eater for years and tonight when I dipped my chip in whatâs supposed to be the queso dip it was the consistency of straight water!! So I go up there to resolve my issue. I meet Mattie seems sweet at first but does not know how to de-escalate, was argumentative and her resolution was giving me cold queso that I could warm up in a microwave. Is this the ghetto???? I said no thanks I would like a refund instead. Tf on her way to the back she responds TF Iâm like O okay so she sends The manager Trevor out she never came back out lol how ironic of her to be bold enough to say TF loud but then stay in the kitchen by the door waiting for me to leave. Trevor issues a refund to DoorDash and gives me a receipt and tells me to call DoorDash to resolve okay fine. So I tell him my experience with the queso being watery & Mattie being argumentative he says well to her defense our queso is watery. Iâm like sir I have NEVER received watery dip! Been getting it for years even ordered party sizes for events & this wont even stay on my chip not even a little like it poured off like water out of a faucet no sir. Iâm disappointed. And maybe because Trevor cooked it as he stated he had been on the stove all night & was tired, I wasted my time taking my complaints to him and Miss Mattie. This location used to be 5 stars across the board from...
