Starbucks — Restaurant in Hendersonville

I don’t like writing poor reviews but after what I just experienced I felt compelled to. The staff was so rude and inappropriate. I ordered a grande latte and waited over a half hour for it. The lady before me order a tall coffee, she was waiting outside and when she came in she asked the staff (very politely) if she had missed her name. She went back outside to wait and the staff made fun of her! Another lady was behind me and had her husband and sick kid waiting in the car. They somehow gave someone who just came in two coffee and food. Skipped all of us. Then I finally told them I had to leave and would like a refund. The girl making coffee was horribly rude and told me it would then only take her a second to make mine. I asked her not to make it and I’ll just take a refund. Not even a minute later she held up a cup and said “see, I told you it would only take a minute. You don’t need a refund” After waiting over 30 minutes and seeing how horrible the staff was treating customers I took the coffee and left with my son so I didn’t end up using choice words.

Ok, so I was here for happy hour (3/5/20 at 4pm, just so management can know who was working this shift) and it was INSANE!! Drive up was wrapped around the block, inside every table was full. And every employee was absolutely KILLING IT! I expected to wait at least 20+ minutes for my drinks and I was ok with that cause that's how insanely busy they were. I waited well under 10 minutes. Not only that, but none of them were freaking out, being short with people, nothin. Just hustling and being friendly all at once. The young lady who helped me at the register was new and even she was perfectly calm, friendly, patient, and helpful all while learning how to do her job at the same time. This location sucks. I’ve tried so many times and the wait is always so long plus the staff doesn’t have a good attitude and my order is almost always wrong in some way. My most recent visit saw me sitting in line for almost 30 minutes then I got to the window and the lady tells me they dumped my drink out because it took too long and they are remaking it. She wanted me out of line so they could serve the line of cars behind me so she asked me to pull up and then further told me that they don’t have enough staff so I have to park and come inside. I know it’s Starbucks so this won’t affect their business at all but this was such a frustrating experience especially when I’m in a hurry to get back to work and then it seems like no one cares at all.
