Subway — Restaurant in Hendersonville

I order a foot long roast beef sub. The girl goes to put it in the toaster and I say, "can you double toast that?", she takes it out, puts more cheese on it and then puts it in the toaster. I look at her and said, I wanted it double toasted. She said, "oh, I thought you wanted double cheese" I said, no, double toasted. She said, "I'll have to charge you for the extra cheese", I said I didn't ask for double cheese, but since you already did it, you can leave it on there if you want. She then pulls it out of the toaster midway and proceeds to pull off the half melted extra cheese and throws it in the trash. Unbelievable.

Update 12/5/17, thought I'd give it another try.... I was wrong.

Owner, PLEASE FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF AND START OVER!!!

One star is too much. You go here one day and it's good, the next, awful. NO CONSISTENTCY. Rude employees too if you complain.

Update 3/15/22 MUCH IMPROVED! Sign says under new management... Everything was...

The food was good and the atmosphere was fine. My problem with this location was the two young men making sandwiches weren't wearing their visors/hats correctly or at all. One young man had his on upside down and backwards, the other was wearing it around his neck like a necklace. The average human loses 30-60 hairs in an 8 hour time span, meaning those young men had 30-60 opportunities for one of their hairs to end up in someone's food, assuming they worked an 8 hour shift. That is disgusting. Although my food didn't have a hair, I'm hesitant to eat there again unless this is resolved. My visit to this location was on Sunday, February 9th around 1:00-1:30. The entire staff needs a reminder about proper hat wearing, but especially the two young men who worked the sandwich line...

Went to pick up an online order that I assumed would be in the “mobile pickup” shelf ( it wasn’t but not a problem). I stood at the counter until a lady with red hair and glasses yells at me “What are you looking for”? I told her my mobile order and gave a name. There was an order on the shelf but it wasn’t mine. With an ATTITUDE and pointing at the shelf “that’s not it”? GIRL NO! There was an older woman that had just got there found my order and helped me from there (no issues with her). As I’m leaving out the store I hear the girl with red hair say “She needed to be in line not at the shelf ”. GIRL FOR WHAT and what is YOUR PROBLEM.
