McDonald's — Restaurant in Herriman

I paid in cash. I FINALLY figured out his name. A lady came to take my order with a super great attitude the other day. Her GM, apparently named Miguel, in the light blue shirt and black hair, started getting upset with her, telling her to do a better job for no reason, walking all the way from the chef's area to the front to harass her. Bro, I just wanted one thing off the menu, and she even offered to give me the 10 cents out of her pocket that I was missing. Miguel made a whole scene in the middle of the workplace, threatening her to go to the back office to talk to him in private, and move away from the cashing register, because she's, "not doing her job". Which made EVERYONE uncomfortable, you should see the looks on their faces. Some of them were even laughing, which is seriously inappropriate AND unprofessional. Then by his words he said, "You're not doing your job". Right to her face, when I, the customer, asked for her attention. SO WACK. I hope she quits. She came out crying, because apparently she was bleeding from something, and he sent her home, so the police showed up to the Mcdonalds. I don't know WHY the police showed up, but seriously, I'm not okay watching a GM treat a woman who is MUCH younger than him like this. Everyone heard him from the Mcdonalds lobby yell at her in the back after this, to, "NOW GO SWEEP AND MOP", like she's some sort of slave. NO WAY IN HELL AM I EVER GOING BACK TO MCDONALDS. I tried a different Mcdonalds today, and nope. Nope. My decision has been made. I'm done with...

This is a great place usually. We had the worst experience ever. There were four PAYING customers that were run out of the play place tonight with smaller children because one trashy, cheap mom thought to have her child's (much too big to play in the play place) birthday party there. Over 15 children show up, all to big to be playing there. Only 4 adults to "supervise" who were actually in a circle chatting not paying attention to any of the children. My 4 year old was knocked out of the way on the slide twice and left crying both times by the kids of the party without even a look in our direction from the adults over it. The best part is that not one item of food or drink was purchased from McDonald's they brought in everything. When we went to talk to management about it we got no response from anyone at the counter. As we were leaving I asked the cashier if she knew there was a full blown birthday party going on there she responded with "I was just told about it like 5 minutes ago......" I saw the manager so I said loudly enough for her to hear that it was driving away the actual patrons.

Too bad they couldn't pay enough attention to realize what was going on or care? There were barely any customers inside or at the counter (except a cashier) pretty much all night and more workers than customers for the entire time we were there but they still had no wherewithal to notice it let alone do...

Horrible location: Large fry please… or not. I’m here to just share my experience and I know to expect some sort of missing food item or small sad portions. This location specifically gets it wrong every time. The thing is these people want more money but can’t execute a simple order which is literally one of the main functions of the job. I realize they have tons of orders coming through at once but for gods sake can I not have to go back inside just once or turn around to go back to the restaurant. The answer is no, and I should know better but I do love their fry’s and the quarter pounder on occasion. And my kids like a happy meal here and there especially when there is a cool promo toy. Please just do better, quality and speed can go hand in hand I promise. I don’t know who reads this but maybe if you’re going to charge more and pay your employees more get the order right and make the food seem semi fresh. You’re not cheaper than any other place now and people are realizing that. I can take my kids to a local burger joint get amazing meat and produce on the burger with fry’s and a drink for the same price. You guys are not even fast anymore, I had to wait 10 minutes in a parking stall after rolling through the drive-through window for items you keep in a warmer. Do better please especially this location. Thanks in advance.
