Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Hesperia

Online orders have not been ready well past the promised time. Crispy taco shells are soggy and cold. Junks of avocado skin are in the guacamole. Atmosphere is too loud to place order in person. Must always ask for extra rice. They need a special parking spot for online orders. Steak is too tough to chew the entire piece. Chicken has too much cholesterol, it's dark meat.They need to offer fish. They do not include a side tortilla with bowls unless you remember to ask for it. They do not offer. The sofritas are always cold. The chips used to be very good but then they stopped making them in house and now they just buy them so they are not near as good. I guess I just go here when I need a break from eating burgers. If you want crispy shells that aren't soggy, order the kids meal. The shells are kept separate from the ingredients in the kids meal. I guess the only thing I can really recommend here is a cheese quesadilla. But, unfortunately, they do not have green...

Purchased a large pork burrito. As they were dipping their glove covered hands into the various components, I wondered if it was fresh & hot. I began to eat it and; of course, it was cold. Nothing tasted fresh. Quickly, I finished and walked to my car. A tall black man was across the lot from me throwing his litter into the bushes. I asked him if he would pick it up and properly dispose of it. He said he would. A few seconds later, he did nothing and drove off in large-black Mercedes. Sadly, that sort of pollution has the possibility of getting into our water-supply adequate. Further exacerbating environmental issues.. Evidently, when your driving a Merc none of that is a concern. Finally, they had an everyone must wear a mask policy on the door. More than half of their customers did not comply. Come on people, enforce it. Omicron spreads at a much higher velocity than delta. ...

Its been a long time since I had chipotle. To be honest ever since they had some health issues and they had to closed I stop going to any of these places. This time I decided to give it another shot. I wasn't disappointed. Chipotle has come long ways to make sure customers are taken care of. Staff is very friendly. Service is exceptional. Food is just tasty and well served. Even during this pandemic we all are going through. Chipotle still has a way to accommodate us the customers to make sure we are safe and satisfied with their service and their food. The only down side at this moment is the the fact that they don't offer fountain drinks. They do offer bottled drinks. Didn't bother me at all. But some may find it a bit of inconvenience but after all Chipotle is just making sure we are safe while we enjoy their incredible food.
