I had a great experience until one worker decided to react inappropriately over receiving a possible maintenance alert in regard to their fancy sod pop machine. I honestly have a hard time being upset over this lady's response to my tip. The hours of operation clearly states the Dining Room closes at 12:00AM, and this inappropriate reaction occurred around 1:05AM. It is easy to reply something to the effect she was tired of my overstaying my welcome.
There's more, a Drive-Thru customer was able to enter the Dining Room when the doors should have been locked already. This man was rather vocal about having to wait a long time to resolve the errors in how they prepared his order. It is easy to dismiss that a combination of my overstaying my welcome and her being upset at the other man.
Bottom line, I choose to let this role off my back like water off a duck's backside because we are all human beings. The thing that surprised me the most is the fact that she was very professional in how she handled the inability to fill my order for a milkshake, due to the machine running out of ice cream. She told me that the overnight crews stop selling that product on their shift so that the daily maintenance can be performed before refilling...

Read moreThey locked the dining room door slightly ahead of scheduled closing time. And then the mgr wanted to argue with me about whether they closed early or not. I showed her the time on my tablet and it showed exactly 10 pm after I had already been there a few minutes. Then she tried to cover herself by saying the time their register said was ahead of what my tablet showed. She reluctantly let me in as I told her I was handicapped and needed to use the restroom. She then gave me a cup of coffee I ordered. Before leaving I asked to see the time on the terminal and she acted surprised when it was exactly in sync with my tablet.
