Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Hesperia

I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance. Everytime something is wrong either my online order is not ready when specified, I'll be missing an item/items, I've gone twice now and my online order was made give to someone else and I've had to sit and wait over 15 minutes for them to remake my order, so much for ordering on line for faster pick up. The topper is I watch the staff ring up people, take their money, then turn around and start boxing up food without washing their hands. When I called them out they said, "We use tongs to pick up the food." Well you didn't use tongs to place that piece of paper in the box, that you used your hand to push it down, that you are now placing my food on. When asked for them to wash their hands and redo my order got the biggest eye roll and attitude. I don't know who owns this Popeyes but they may want to check their staff before they run them outnof business with their lack of customer service and poor food...

Our food was tasty. Exactly as you would expect from Popeyes. However, we ordered the chicken tenders and told it would be about 10 minutes did we want to order them and wait or choose something else. We told them we'd order and wait. We got to the window, paid, got our drinks, and then we're asked to pull around to the front and they would bring everything out, could still be about 10 minutes. We said ok, pulled around and waited. After 25 minutes I finally went inside and asked about our food. Turns out they forgot we were waiting, so the food that was supposed to be coming out to us was already just sitting in the warming areas. They quickly boxed it and threw in a couple extra chicken tenders for our wait... I suppose they tried to make it better by tossing in extras, but they didn't even apologize or act like they cared. I recommend just ordering something else if they tell you what you want will be...

WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. I made an online order and came here 45 minutes later waited in the long a* line in the drive thru only to get up to the window and be told i have to come inside. I asked the girl why because all i had was one box and she was completely clueless. I asked her if they started the order and she said no and to just go inside so i did. I stood there for another 30 minutes only be told they didnt have popcorn chicken and that i would have to wait another 30 minutes for it (WHAT A JOKE!!) so i replaced it with chicken then the girl told me they had no mac n cheese so basically they had NOTHING. The girl in the front (mexican) was trying to help everyone out i felt bad for her because from what i saw standing there is the girl in the drive thru and the people in the back were just talking and fuking around while the girl in the front was the only one working ....
