Upon entering Jersey Mike's at 2:30 on Saturday 9-16 One of the employees said hi and said I'll be right back I'm going to get my soda. There was no one else in the store at this time. When I ordered my many number eight the person cut approximately 1" off of the bread and threw it away. Not that big of a deal but I thought it was weird. The number 8 comes with bacon and as we got down to the bacon tray there was one full piece of bacon and a bunch of crumbs sitting in Grease. I pointed to the and asked the person making my sandwich "is this all the bacon you have?" He stated yes and I said I don't want to have bacon on my sandwich then and he said okay. I currently have just shy of 700 points at Jersey Mike and it's the second time this year that I've reached that amount. This was definitely not my expectation at any Jersey Mike's. My go-to sandwich that makes my mouth water when I think about it is the #8 Club on Rosemary Parmesan bread, minus the bacon, add roast beef, Mike's Way, and add mayo. The meats and cheese are freshly sliced to order, you can taste the difference. I'm not usually a fan of iceberg or shredded lettuce, but it works! It holds all of the juices and seasonings so you don't miss a drop... They have a good rewards program/app. The staff are always very friendly and personable. Young lady didnt ask us if there was anything else and started asking next guests their orders when we were gonna order two subs not just one. Then they didnt confirm after finishing the first sub, and the first young lady starts to tell us for future reference to let her know we were gonna order 2 subs next time when she didnt even confirm with us, she just moved on as she was making our first sub. She needs to be trained to be asking and confirming first with her first guests before moving on and assuming we r done ordering. If it werent for quality of food i would rate this place lower. Never had an issue before and im upset she told us that when she didnt bother to ensure our order was done before moving on. Dissappointed in service. Didnt even want to eat there...
