Do not go here if you are colored. These people were extremely rude and treated us as if we were children. I am in a interracial relationship, and I would say that I love to be nice to everyone, and I respect many people, and treat them with kindness so when I first enter the store, I greeted them both with a smile, and neither of them smiled back, and as a matter of fact, I was trying to look at a certain piece of candy they had, and the lady was actually in my way, and she stopped to look at me and then continued fixing a piece of candy as if I was a relevant but I took that as really nothing and I kept on moving, but then my boyfriend turned a nozzle on the candy machine. I wasn’t expecting so much candy to come out and it happened to spill inside the machine where there was actually an area for spilled candy so it was not like they were cleaning up any extra mess and they came back there and said guys please don’t do this as if we were trying to mess up some thing that they had going. I said we’re sorry it was an accident then the lady said OK accident or not you turned the nozzle and you knew that would happen so I said I’m actually no he didn’t and then I said actually you know what I don’t wanna buy from the store and I was talking to my boyfriend but I guess she overheard and she said OK that’s fine so on my way I heard that they were playing Christian music so I let them know that they had a nice Christian music for their very Christian friendly attitudes. I really hope you guys replace these people because I don’t know what it was but from the beginning from when I went into the store, I could feel the tension of them not liking me. Not only that when I told you about her being in my way for the candy my boyfriend was asking me a question and expecting for me to answer it, and she cut in and answered it herself, as if my answer was going to be irrelevant and I usually don’t pull out the racist car very much but I don’t understand why I would be treated this way or even why we would be treated this way. This is extremely disappointing because we were extremely excited to get the candy in that store since we have never seen that type of candy before but trust me I will be contacting more people in order to get them in order because that is ridiculous. Especially on our first vacation together. I hope you people really change because you guys...

Day and night service. Potential for so much more. We went to this candy shop two evenings in a row. First evening wonderful experience, friendly staff and service. Second evening could not say the same. Felt the service was oriented to the way you appeared. Handed a basket by presumed male owner to collect candy without a word. Was told about practices of using gloves to collect wrapped candy from canisters which we were already doing. Other customers were not given this same treatment. Other children were touching all candies without being told about practices of using gloves. Please be consistent with how you run your business and treat your customers. Not everyone will fit the mold of your presumption of who the ‘right’ customer is. If you have a problem with this, then please explicitly state this so others don’t have to have this experience. Will definitely not be returning to this business to support them. Avoid at all cost, unless you want to be followed around harassed...

Good location with easy access. Hours online should match hours on the door, especially when much of their business is from tourists who otherwise wouldn’t know. I wanted to drop in on my way home last Sunday. Since hours online said not open until 10, we procrastinated for an hour on the island before heading out at 9, since I wanted to make this stop. I arrived to see the door locked and 11am for opening time on the door. Huge inconvenience, we headed on home but could have headed out an hour sooner had we not wasted an hour for nothing.
