I wish I could rate a zero. I bet the complements on here are their own workers. First two times I ordered pizza was burnt.today I ordered pizza from there..about an hour later, I get a call from the person I sent to pick it up cuz last delivery took almost 2 hours. anyway, They call to say there's a hole in the pizza, so "do I want my money back" or a small pizza to make up for hole. Nothing was done to make up for have to wait for another small pizza. Not to mention, all those times I ordered their workers are so rude. Like if u don't like ur job feel free to quit. I'm surprised their still open and wouldn't be surprised if their closed down soon. I hope they do close down and replace it with a store full of workers who like their job and can do something as simple as make a pizza and put it in a box without holes in it or burnt. And they atleast know how to handle a complaint and rectify the situation with the proper accommodation. U can't fix a huge issue with a small bag of chips. Bad customer service. There simply is no better pizza in Holland (not that there's much competition). Thin pliable crust with a bit of crunch to it, stringy cheese with just the right hit of salt and Italian seasonings. I recommend the pepperoni but I've never been disappointed with anything I've tried. The employees I've interacted with are friendly and personable. Pricing is excellent.
I've only ever been to the Southside location. Enough tables to seat maybe 20-30 people. Nothing remarkable and not much ambience but it's recently renovated and they keep it very clean from my experience.

I preordered the pizza, had a timed delivery and went through a special request for delivery the process took some time which they were polite, patient and helpful the whole time. I originally left a 10 dollar tip for the driver going through the hassle, but when the phone attendant did what made the tip so high I requested that she get half of the tip and I believe I heard them conversing about it. Seems like quality pizza made by a team that cares about customers and each other.
