Bojangles — Restaurant in Holly Springs

About 8:00 pm, I just dined in at this location, and had the 3 piece dinner. I just want you to know how pleasant this was. First of all, the bathroom was spotless, then when I went to give my order, it started a torrential downpour, so I decided to dine inside. A very friendly young lady greeted me right away, with a, " we'll be right with you love". I needed the time anyway. So, another wonderful young lady comes up to take my order, and she is spot on! Meanwhile, Miss "love" is getting my order ready, asking me about every detail of my meal. She made sure my order was perfect, even suggesting their creamy buffalo sauce, which is now my favorite!! I sat down to eat and noticed how dang clean everything was. It smelled so clean, and I noticed Chai just cleaning away, making sure everything was appealing. When I say, "this is the cleanest Bojangles I've ever been in" , I mean it!! Miss love never missed a beat, she was on it... If she isn't a manager, then she needs to be! Along with the young lady who took my order, Chai!! What a dream team. Thank you for a wonderful meal while I waited the storm out. God bless each of you, and may you all get an incredible bonus or raise. Did I mention how awesome my chicken and my tea was? Well, that was perfect as well. Juicy, tender, and fried to crispy perfection, and my mashed potatoes and gravy just topped it all off! So, let's just say, that this whole shift really impressed me, and I do hope others have the same experience! Thank you so...

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with pimiento cheese. Went to eat our sandwiches and discovered that there was no pimiento cheese on either.

Since we were charged for the pimiento cheese we went inside to see if we could get some cheese for our sandwiches. The staff member in the dining area was very nice and apologetic, however when he took us over to the counter to help get the attention of the kitchen staff they were extremely rude and dismissive of us. They did not apologize and seemed upset at us for bothering them. One of them eventually got some pimiento cheese and put it in a container for us, then handed me back my bag while angrily glaring at me. It was an incredibly awkward and uncomfortable situation.

We got back to the car and opened the container to discover we were given an extremely tiny amount of cheese. How on earth is this supposed to be enough cheese for two sandwiches?

Could not have done a better job at giving me the incorrect order. I go through the drive through and order a twelve piece supreme box and four honey mustard. I am asked what I want my two sides to be followed by a quick correction (“never mind”) by the cashier – a warning I missed? I swing around, pick up my box and biscuits and go home. When we all sit down to eat I open it up and there are eight pieces of chicken. I look at the receipt (shame on me for not have done so at the store) and it reads “Twelve Piece Chicken Box & 4 honey mustard”. So, not only did they give the incorrect order, but the incorrect order was not correctly fulfilled as well. Unfortunately the cost of a round trip (thanks inflation) to try and resolve the issue, time wasted, proof that the “missing” chicken had not been eaten and so on was not worth the hassle and made for one of the most expensive fast food meals we have ever had. I would give zero stars if possible, but I suppose one is ok since I messed up by not going inside and watch my order...
