ZERO sense of urgency, could've went next door and bought an insurance policy before my food was ready. Came in a minute after it said my food would be ready and found out they haven't even started. The kicker being I was one of two open orders on the board.

You have multiple fryers and 5 employees but 1 single guy making the food one order at a time? Are we unable to multitask? All you're doing is frying chicken and tossing it in sauce.

Maybe have the female in the back on her phone that evidently had time to chat it up with a friend that brought Starbucks help make food.

I love Wing Stop, after being a chef I am very particular about where I spend money on food, I usually have good food, but my issue with the service. Staff have no sense of urgency, when I standing at thw counter waiting to place an order staff will usually not greet me until they are done with whatever projects are being worked on. One if the issues i have is when service is known to take a while, and the cook is standing in full view of customers on his cell phone, then the order is wrong. Wings take 8 min in a 350 degree fryer, I shouldn't have to wait 25 for an order. Pick...

Pass on this place. I am not sure Wing Stop is bad itself, but this location is awful. Buffalo Wild Wings in Holly Springs is what you’re looking for. Don’t have buyers remorse.

I saw someone else also had the issue where they ordered 20 boneless and 20 classic wings only to get home and realize only 20 boneless wings were in the bag. I also had to drive back to let them know they were missing the classic.
