Greatest sub destination of all time. Jersey Mike’s has completely redefined what a sandwich should be. Every time I walk in, I know I’m getting a fresh, made-to-order sub that feels like it came straight from a neighborhood deli rather than a chain restaurant. What sets Jersey Mike’s apart is the quality—everything tastes incredibly fresh. The bread is soft but sturdy, never soggy, and it has that just-baked smell that hits you as soon as you open the wrapper. The meats and cheeses are sliced right in front of you, not pre-packaged, and that alone makes a huge difference in flavor. The “Mike’s Way” style—onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oregano, and their signature red wine vinegar and olive oil blend—takes any sandwich from good to perfect. I had the worse experience here. It’s been at least 5 months now and I still stay away from this location. I’m a nurse and was harassed by a customer while on my lunch break in there and everyone just stood there watching I had to defend myself by myself while everyone stared and I never to returned since. Imagine, the very person who can save your life is the one you decide to harass and yell at for god knows what reason and everyone around decides to do nothing to top it off. No manager stepped in, no staff nothing. I tell everyone about this story that will listen and I’ve been meaning to leave this review because I made it my mission to go to the next town over for Jersey mikes no matter how close this one is to my house. I’m not surprised that they’re no where near 5 stars. If you go to this location proceed with caution. If anything happens to you they’ll just stare at you. Let me begin by saying that Robbie and the staff at the Holly Springs location are some of the friendliest food service workers I have ever had the pleasure dealing with.

I will admit that I eat here way too much but it’s only because they have the freshest ingredients and make the best sandwiches. All other sandwich shops should quit embarrassing themselves and just shut down…looking at you subway.

It has always been my dream to have a place that I go to enough that the workers would know my “usual”. In my mind, I had envisioned that it would be a bar….but it ended up being Jersey Mikes….and I’m ok with that.
