I just want to state this was the worst experience at a restaurant in my whole entire life. Never have I ever felt treated less than a human. When a friend and I can for a quick bite it turn into an hour of hell. First of all, when we sat down it took 23 mins before a server even talked to us. When he finally did Pablo I believe was his name was I ask what he recommended and he said the Chicago pizza and my friend got wings. I asked how long would it take and he told me 45 mins. It was very cold and windy already I asked is he sure he told me yes 3 times. So that when I went inside and asked can we walk around the beach and come back just hold the table. One server never got her name told me to my face you're not going anywhere until you're pay the full tab. I have no issue paying for the beer I finally got after 30 mins of waiting but she DEMANDED I pay for I food never ever got. I told her we are coming back l've never paid for food I haven't received yet in my life. I just paid the full tab hoping they would speed up the process huge mistake. I've already waited 35 mins at this point and just wanted to walk around and come back. I closed the check and told them just send the pizza and wings together PLEASE. We left and walked around beach for literally 40 mins I put my timer on my Apple Watch I made sure we took our time. Then finally we came back the WINGS that we waited for was COLD TO THE TOUCH and the pizza was STILL not ready. I literally saw people that arrived after us receiving food before us. I asked around and we were the people to have to pays before we got to eat. That's just the tip of the iceberg we finally received our cold wings without the pizza 1 plus hour of waiting we were given dirty plates with left over cheese lettuce and God know what that brown spot was. Yuck I asked for a manager and it took another 20 mins for him to show up. I was watching the dude the whole time just yapping his gums about absolutely nothing. He asked what can I do? I said I wanted a refund I can't afford to wait another 1 and 30 mins for cold food and an incomplete order, nasty plates and passive aggressive racism from some of the staff. I asked for a refund and I just my bank statement and still nothing on my end to confirm I received my money back. I was highly disappointed in my experience. I almost never leave a negative review. My day is very busy I will call my back today to let them know about this transaction. Please be aware of eating here there are much better options in walking distance that are in the same price range or less with superb, customer service, and exquisite food. Sorry I this seems like a rant but I just had to make people aware especially if you a minority you might have to buy before you try, get dirty dishes served cold and asked what's wrong? Spend your money were you will be respected and appreciated. Never beg someone to take your money and give inadequate service. This was the worst Italian food I have ever tasted in my life. I am Italian-American Sicilian family and we went there to celebrate our best friends daughter's graduation . When we got there we were directed outside right on the water the tables right next to the railing and I was afraid it was going to be damp and hot but it wasn't they had fans and it was nice and cool. It took us 45 minutes to even get somebody to come and take our order for a drink and then the fun began. We placed our orders and about an hour and a half later my appetizer came out which was stuffed baked clams. Although they were over browned and baked The taste was very good they were really big and very well stuffed. Thank God I got that because I couldn't eat anything else from there. My husband's food came before his appetizer and his appetizer was fried mozzarella which was so over fried it was hard for them to eat. Extremely greasy, and not very tasty. He ordered a keto Burger but asked the girl to please make sure that they would bring a bun because he wanted it like a regular hamburger they agreed he never got the bun until 5 minutes before we were leaving. He asked for a beer which like I said previously took us about 45 minutes maybe more for our drinks to come and then 9 more times for a second beer which he never got. I ordered linguine with clams and I thought I was going to throw up. They had the audacity to bring the food to the table which was not the waitresses fault but whoever gave it to her, which was overly cooked linguine like mush and cut up in small pieces with the clam sauce put on top which must have sat out for quite a while because it was like a gel on the bottom I took one spoonful cuz I couldn't eat it with a fork and told the girl to bring it back and she did and they took it off my bill! Then we noticed that our friends on the other end of the table were running off the table and we could not imagine why. Only to find out that they were running from a palmetto bug which was sitting on the table with us while we were eating and they had to shoot off the table so that everybody could finish eating! The poor waitress was so overworked and so Disturbed and upset that she came to our table and she was sobbing and apologizing for the service which had nothing to do with her because the food never came out till it was overcooked. Was a horrible experience and I will never go back there again. Sometimes you go to a place and you have to wait but the food is good so you don't mind but the fact that they had the audacity to bring out that bowl of linguine which was chopped up and mush with clams on top says quite a bit! The place inside was almost empty so I don't understand what the big deal was except for the fact that they did not have enough help. If you're looking for Italian food I would not go there. That pizza was okay but definitely I would find another place to go to. Shame on the cook! And shame on the owner for letting that...

The parking attendant was more welcoming than the waitress! I want to start there. I entered, saw a casual vibe in the front of the restaurant; bar, high tables and even a pool table. Looked encouraging. However, I went towards the glistening intercostal. That seating area is beautiful: al fresco, on top of the intercostal.

The waitress came, never gave her name. Lets call her the blonde waitress. She asked me if I knew what I wanted! Not even a HELLO! How could I know what I wanted? I had no menu yet!

I asked her for happy hour drink specials. Her response: "there are too many I don't remember them all." I stayed on task. I asked her for the price of beer on happy hour.

Her response, "I don't know all of the prices, but I think it's 2 dollars off!" 2 DOLLARS OFF OF WHAT???? Followed by, "you only have 10 minutes left"

Cold shower! I felt unwelcomed big time!

I ordered a Stella.

I looked at the menu, wanting to leave. It took a minute to talk myself into staying.

Ordered the 18 inch pan pizza with extra cheese.

The waitress brought out the pizza, and never looked back until another family sat on the table near by.

I asked her for a box. There was half of an 18 inch pie left. The waitress brought out the check, a small box, no liner, no bag.

Putting pizza in an unlined box is not a good thing. The oils would permiate and drip on me.

When she walked by I asked her for a liner for the box. She came with 2 boxes and 3 liners! Oh wait, not for me! She drop off 2 of the boxes and liner to another table.

She gave me a liner. No help with packaging. The pan pizza is a large item to squeeze into a small 4 inch box.

Since the waitress disappeared I had to do the unthinkable! I was forced to STACK 2 slices on top of 3 slices. The small box did not even close! What kind of nonsense is this! This waitress lacks situational awareness. She saw that I left half of an 18 inch PAN PIZZA! She should have given me 2 small boxes with liners and a bag! She should have helped me load those into the box!

I am so furious at the low level of attention and courtesy that I could not sleep. Who does that waitress think she is? Zero interaction! Hated the service from that one waitress.

The pizza was unremarkable. I had to load it with hot pepper flakes.

This was my first visit to this place and it will be my last.

For that same spend, I could have sat in style at GGs and had one full hour left on happy hour with service folks that know how to treat customers.
