I had the worst experience at the restaurant this evening and it was my first time there. I asked my waitress for a straw but she told me they don't use straws because of the law by the beach, otherwise they'll get fined. I was with my 2 year old daughter and she was drinking apple juice. Then she spilled it over the table and high chair. I asked for help and more napkins, they called my waitress but nobody came. Baby was getting fussy and screaming loudly, she didn't want to sit. My waitress name was Cynthia she was very rude and unprofessional. Nobody helped me clean my area and it was wet from apple juice everywhere, i told her I am not coming back again and she told me that she doesn't care, just like that. I asked the hostess to call the manager so I can complain and then Cynthia came back and said she was the manager. I didn't really believe her and wanted to find out for myself. All the hostess and Cynthia were laughing at me. I waited for my mom to come and went inside to the restroom. I saw a bartender at the bar and asked for the manager again. He said to my surprise that she is not here today and will be there tomorrow. So Cynthia was not telling the truth, he said Cynthia is just in charge of the waiters for today but she wasn't a manager. I will NEVER come back there. Food was good but service was terrible and deserved no tip. And if the food is good, but the service is horrible nobody will come back there. Don't think Cynthia should be working there anymore, she should learn how to talk to customers first especially the ones...

I had food here on 5/22/18 around 2pm and overall it wasn’t a good experience. There were two girls on shift, one looked like she was training. My friend ordered the fried calamari to start. $16 for 8 pieces and when my friend told the waitress that she was unsatisfied with the expensive price for such a small portion of calamari the lady said “I’ve never received that complaint before” but when looking at the reviews I saw people mentioning this, and if nobody ever complained about it, does that make our complaint invalid? We asked for more, The waitress rolled her eyes several times and looked away as if we were annoying to her, then she went to ask the chef if he could make a little more and his response was loud and clear from where we were sitting. She comes back with a nasty attitude again saying that this is normal portion for the fried calamari. She didn’t even show the least bit of emotion or care for our dissatisfaction. Ok fine. Our meals were alright. The girl who appeared to be training was very nice to us which is why I gave two stars. Thank you new girl!! Don’t work in F&B if you can’t handle a simple complaint. You earned this business a bad review over your very snotty attitude. Learn to appreciate your customers who pay their hard earned money for bland food and bad...

I don’t know how this place has such high ratings. We were a party of 4 and wanted to sit outside. As we were waiting for our food the table was swarming with tiny fruit flies. When the pizza arrived there were 20 flies in it within 30 seconds. We asked to be moved inside and were accommodated. The owner (Turkish NOT Italian) said he’s not remaking the pizza cause the flies are not his fault. Which yeah ok it’s true, but as a food establishment, you are responsible to control pests, and the outdoor patio should’ve been off limits with this infestation. Soooooo, it only gets worse from there.... they remake the pizza and there were human pubic HAIR in it. Not one! THREE!!!!!! When we showed it to the server, the owner didn’t even come up to the table to apologize! He came up to us telling us that we deliberately didn’t want to pay for our meal. Whaaaaaaaa????? We paid. Not for the pizza and NOT for the service fee that they INCLUDE in their check. Hell to the NO!!!! Do yourselves a favor and don’t eat here. The only Italian thing about this place is one Italian speaking waitress. Everything else is a tourist trap faking. Italians would NEVER pull any...
