I'm from Seattle where Vietnamese food is better, but my rating is fair. Their bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup), bun mang viet (duck noodle soup with bamboo shoots), com ga hai nam (Hainese chicken), com dac biet (rice combo), and thit bo suong (grilled beef ribs) were good for Oahu. I ordered rare & beef shank instead of pig's feet for bun bo hue. Beef shank was fresh unlike other restaurants that served old meat. Food wasn't strong on the taste which is good for healthy conscious diners like me. I especially love the big veggie plate and soup portion. I had to take leftover soup home because I was too full.

Friends have had the Vietnamese beef stew, pho, and bum rieu and they have enjoyed them all. The French bread with the beef stew is excellent and less chewy (more Vietnamese) than your typical loaf.
