McDonald's beratania messed up my order the last three times I've been there and is Always the same thing. I order a Quarter pounder with cheese but I tell then no cheese just mayo. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I tell the guy Q pounder with no cheese no pickles onions, ketchup, nothing but mayo burger and bun. I made that very clear to him. I told him because the last 2 times I've been here they get it wrong. Do I told him again no cheese no onions, picked ketchup nothing but mayo burger and bun. So I get my receipt and I look on the the receipt it says. " Quarter pounder with cheese only mayo" so I tell my friend watch you see this, this is why their going to get it wrong. And sure enough the thing had cheese with mayo. So I take it back and tell him I told you no cheese no nothing but burger, mayo, and bun. Then I show him the receipt and tell him let me help you guys out, you see right here, it says quarter pounder with cheese mayo only. And I circled it with a pen while I was waiting. I told him this is why you guys always screw up my order because it says, quarter pounder with cheese mayo only. I tell him so whoever is making it thinks it's a quarter pounder with cheese only mayo. And that's why you guys get it wrong every time. The person reading the order thinks it's a quarter pounder with cheese but only mayo. I'm tired of this because it's happen at other McDonald's. I explain very clearly I only want mayo and burger and bun. But they always get it wrong. And tonight I was so over getting my simple order wrong. Read moreWent to the store as a food delivery driver. Stood at the counter for about 15min while the employees kept walking past me and avoiding eye contact. Finally was able to get one of them to acknowledge me and look for my order. The employee then proceeds to hand me the wrong order which I almost walked out with. Had to go back to the counter with the order where they then began to ignore me again. Finally was able to get them to look for the correct order at which time they discovered the order had already been picked up. However the customer had not received their food yet. There was no offer to remake the order or help fix the problem. I asked if they could remake it and then the employee just goes to the back and asks for the manager because he said “I was starting to get upset.” She then proceeds to come out just to tell me they won’t remake the order with zero willingness to help fix the problem.
Spent 15-20min waiting for them to acknowledge me at the counter just to be told I wasted my time. Then I had to explain this to the angry customer who was texting me upset about the wait and his missing order. I’m fine with waiting for an order, but waiting 20min to be told something that took 10 seconds to look up pissed me off. Read moreI usually don't ever post and if I do it's usually of a good experience. I've been to this McDonalds around a handful of times. And the experience is just getting worse. It's not so much the workers attitudes their usually alright. But it's the amount of time you spend waiting. I went again and tonight was the longest I never waited. It took about 1 minute to put my order in however it took about 20 minutes to get. Mind you there was other cars there before me. Probably waiting longer. There wasn't any other car in front of me when I put my order in. And I was parked for 5 minutes taking a call on the side. One car SUV came in but I'm pretty sure they left cause the person taking the order said they were only taking cash. It's usually either ice cream or there resgister system that's down. But tonight it was both. I pull up and I'm not acknowledge in any way. I see a manager (tag stated) by the registers lookoing at papers about 3 minutes later she comes up and goes yeah sorry I need to add your order up together. I informed her I received my total and that I had just the got the special meal and she was "oh okay you have the meal, $6.81." longer story short Management needs to look at their staffing for this location and systems.
