7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Hot Springs

Waited almost an hour in line, after driving 30 minutes out of our way to pick up some drinks. We came specifically for a promotion they had. Truly the worst traffic we’ve ever been in Hot Springs. When we were finally close enough to pull in, an associate walks up and says “sorry, I know you’ve been waiting awhile, but we aren’t doing the promotion anymore. Just letting u know in case you wanted to get out of the line”…we were 10 minutes past the cut off. I understand how cut offs work for promos, and honestly wouldn’t have blamed them if we were the ones pulling in late, but they were ridiculously slow. Maybe one car would pull out of the parking lot every 3 minutes. We had been waiting in their line for 50 minutes already. I really don’t believe anyone who waited as long as we did should have to pay the price because of their exceptionally slow service. Instead of sending out 5 people to take orders, some associates could go inside to help make drinks? They were out there singing and dancing. Super...

Awful customer service. Showed up 10 min before closing, which I understand is a little irritating. But I stopped where the paint said to, which is right outside the covered portion, so I could see the menu. The whole crew was outside besides one guy and they were laughing and just watching us. Even taking selfies rather than coming over to help out. One blonde guy in a Christmas sweater smarted off saying “they are gonna sit there till we close.” I had never been so I didn’t really know what they had. I pulled up and the lady took my friend’s order and got it completely wrong. Walked away before I could place mine and when I told her I’d like to order she got irritated. Didn’t even give me time to fully tell what I wanted. And I said multiple times me and my wife wanted shakes, no coffee. When I got my order, my wife got coffee, I wasn’t even aware you had options when it came to sugar or milk. My wife wasn’t even able to drink hers due to the ingredients. The worst customer service I have ever...

Ok, I will not lie to you I’m not a huge coffee drinker. Can’t stand the stuff if it’s not doused with sugar and tons of syrup. First time I went I got the Cinnamon roll Chilled (essentially a frappe) and it’s not bad! But after that I started getting their smoothies and I’m hooked lemme tell you! Their strawberry smoothie is honestly to die for it’s so so good!

I know I know, everyone loves coffee but if you’re not a huge coffee fan and still want to try them out - get one of their smoothies I promise you it’s worth it!

The only “gripe” I have is on their menu’s you can’t see the base prices for drinks which I’m sure is how all seven brews run but it can be a little off putting to those that have never been before.

The staff are pretty friendly, obviously if it’s busy don’t try and strike up a conversation with them during rush hour - give them some grace and a little bit of patience I promise they...
