Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Hot Springs

TERRIBLE!! You walk in and the store is in disarray. The food is barely in the pans. You have some rude woman and man that are working there right now. A woman with glasses and long dirty looking hair. A guy that looks like his chin hair could fall of into your food at any given moment. The portions sucked. I had to ask for a whole scoop of guacamole. Im paying $3 extra. Atleast give the entire scoop! Not half. I had and was a loyal customer of Chipotle for several years! I had and I say had a loyality customer number over five years old! I have traveled and I uave eaten at several Chipotles all over this country! I will never return here! This has left such a bad taste in my mouth for the entire chain. If you want to complain you cant do it locally. The store should be told in real time how customers are saying their experiences are! Instead you have to call several people mostly foreign who don't speak a lick of English. The communication is not effective. You ask for a refund and they send you an email requesting you provide a receipt. When you do this they still don't cooperate. If I could give this store a zero I would! The food was cold. It was tasteless. The chips were stale. This store when they first opened was OK. Now they suck. I won't go back. Be warned. If you want a refund good luck! The employees seem to know how hard it is for a customer to get any sense of satisfaction. Little alone a refund for crappy...

there is so much wrong with this place but top three are. 1. they skimp on the food. every other chipotle has always packed on the ingredients whether a bowl of a burrito. This chipotle they put the bare minimum in their product and you have to tell them to add more, apparently they have never eat at a real chipotle. 2. every time I have been in there and it has been several times, the place is just flat nasty. food scrapes and paper on the floor, tables nasty, the holder that have the eating utensils in then have dirt and grime in the bottom of the containers and the utensils sitting on top of this. pay somebody a straight hourly wage and have them do nothing but clean tables the floor the drink area. 3. This size of this chipotle is utterly insane. the fire Marshall has designated 98 people as the max in this place, my question where are 98 people gonna fit? they gonna hand em from the ceiling? this is literally the smallest chipotle I have ever seen or been in. What a Burger next door is taking 3/4 of the building. what did they build it like this? At this time I just don't see this place lasting long. My family and I went to the new hot springs location and I’ve gotta say the food was really good, probably the best yet, the employees were super nice and the wait wasn’t bad considering it was the grand opening and they were beyond packed. However our experience was damped when a young lady and her family tried to come in with their service animal and the manager/owner refused to let them in the store. Made the lady pull out her card and show it to him even the dog had her service animal collar on. He did all of this in front of everyone! Continued harping on her to the point that she was so uncomfortable and even said that she no longer felt comfortable being there that she and her family left. This is the most blatant discrimination that I have had the unfortunate situation to have witnessed. I was so disgusted and completely heart broken having to witness this. I strongly suggest that this company adequately train not only their employees but their management on CURRENT laws and regulations!!!
