This was the worst customer service ive ever had. It took 2hours to recieve my delivery order. I was literally 1.7 miles away from the store. I know because i had to make the trip after my delivery arrived cold 2 hours after i ordered 2 sandwiches and cinnamon bread. When i got to the counter not only was i appalled at being cussed at by the front counter person. I was told the manager was smoking a cigarette cuz they were busy all day when actually the manager wasnt on site yet. The little girl working in back came up because the front counter guy was rude and when i told her what the issue was that my food was cold and there wasnt even a piece of chicken on my chicken parm sandwich her reply was "AND". When the manager finally showed up i told him i just wanted the food cooked correctly and hot i was then informed they were out of bread. I ended up getting my money back and went to the dominoes on higdon ferry that i usually use. I will never return to this dominoes ever. I would be embarrassed if i were a dominoes manager and would close this store. Fyi i wasnt the only customer there complaining and getting cussed out by the employees. Heres a hint employees have pride in yourself and your job, you may not have to be complained to and in return feel you need to cuss @ customers. I work in food service and wouldve been fired had i even thought about treating customers like i was...
Read moreAs far as the pizza goes, they lack toppings. I have to pay extra in order to get what is considered normal toppings some where else. I purchase from them not only for my home but for my business. What really gets me is the fact that the drivers have been demanding tip! I was very ill and decided to order in. The driver came and handed us the pizza. My husband who was helping me was getting ready to tip the driver cash but had to go get his wallet. Before we even had a chance to get it the driver asked "So did you put the tip on the card or is it cash?" I couldn't believe it! We were both taken aback and felt embarrassed. My husband told him "It's cash, can you give me a second?" After the driver left I was still in awe. I know I'm not the only one. The New York Times wrote an article on the entitlement of Domino's drivers. It truly makes me not what to order form Domino's ever again! This was about 3 weeks ago. Has anyone else had this issue as well? This is not the first time. Side note: please get rid of the tablet tip. I think it's in poor taste to have your cashier spin the tablet in order to see if you want to tip them. If I drove myself and already had pre ordered and am only there to pick up, why on earth would I need to tip you? Tipping is for above and beyond service only! A classic tip jar is still acceptable. However, forcing it on a...
Read moreThis is the first review I have ever left using google reviews, but it was so terrible I had to share. The food was fine, it tastes like all Domino's pizza, but there were about 12 employees here plus drivers coming in and out and no one seemed interested in helping the customers. It literally took an hour and a half. They wouldn't acknowledge it, but three times I asked about the status and they said it was in the oven. It was clear the cashier didn't know what she was doing, and even told one customer, she was new, but never asked anyone for help, and no one offered to help her fix any of the numerous problems that were occurring with the orders. Every customer of about 25 that I observed while I was waiting had a problem with either their order or the payment process or both. I was afraid to ask for my money back and leave, fearing I would never see the almost $50 back. I'm certain I was overcharged, but she couldn't produce a receipt and I didn't have the patience to review with someone who clearly wasn't going to be able to fix it. In the end I took 3 pizzas which were not the 3 pizzas I ordered but couldn't stand to...
