When ordering my two pizzas and dessert last night. They had two options for red sauce one was a dull blend sauce you get stuck with that I have never liked. And the other was a marinara sauce. I chose the marinara sauce. Evidently they must be out of it because they adjusted my ticket to no sauce ruining the whole pizza. Why would they alter my ticket and just give me no sauce ? What person in the right mind orders a pizza with no sauce? I did not. It takes so long to order anything on their app already. I went over every detail. Couldn't they have at least mentioned something when I pick up my order ? Couldn't I have at least called and verified something as important as that ? Also why do you put a tip option on everybody's card when we pay for our pizza? If we go in there and pick up our own food what gives you the right to even ask for a tip? Things like that really aggravate me. You don't deserve a tip unless you do something for it right? Believe me my opinion is important I have several hundred thousand people that have read my reviews. I'm a normal person. What is wrong with domino's? Lava cakes were burnt, and very old too. Read moreI placed an order online. I arrived at the Dominos location approximately at 10:50. I checked in on the car side part and waited. Fifteen minutes go by, and I check in again. Nothing. Another customer went into the store, and I asked her to inquire if they were doing car side. She takes my name and brings my sandwich out to me. I drive away and decide to check my sandwich. It was burnt and unrecognizable as a chicken bacon ranch. I turn around and head back to the store. This time I go in, and it takes 5 minutes to get help. Mind you, the people working in the store didn’t help me. The to-go driver walking in the doors gets yelled at to help me. He does so very kindly. Remakes my sandwich. But the lady that yelled at him to help me proceeded to assist two more customers after I sat down in under one minute. Barley acknowledged me and didn’t speak to me a Upon arrival in the store. The machine couldn't get my address or order correct. So the 3rd time I choose option #3. Then asked "Aiden" again, to speak to a manager. A girl answered and I told her I'd like to place an order. Silence. "Hello"? "Yes, this is Heather". I asked to place an order, again. Silence. In the background I could hear whispering and confusion. Finally just hung up. This is indicative of a larger problem: poor automation, and even poorer staff competinecy. Where is the pride in doing your job. What type of training goes into these positions?
