Indulge — Restaurant in Hot Springs

Horrible horrible experience. I went today 11/30/24 and we ordered 3 drinks. A cappuccino, a white chocolate peppermint latte and a mocha peppermint latte. The lady taking our orders got them wrong so when we got the drinks we just had 2 peppermint lattes. We asked the barista to redo it because it wasn’t what we asked for and she rudely said that all she could do was add sauce. Which is not what we wanted. So she added it and somehow it tasted worse than before. When I complained and asked for a refund, they took 20 minutes to do so. And when she gave me my refund, she gave me $8 when I should’ve gotten $12. Horrible customer service, horrible people and terrible environment. I couldn’t recommend this place...

We visited this place on Saturday evening with my parents for latte. We ordered three lattes in total. The service was extremely slow for a weekend. There was a long line - we stood in the line for 20 minutes and then again 30 minutes for our lattes Which was not prepared even after 30 minutes. Then what my husband observed was, they were making order for people who came after us, which was quite humiliating.

Overall this place deserves 5 stars. We tried a number of things — a savory crepe (ham), a berry crepe, gelato ice cream cone, and two gelato frappes.

All of it was super yummy! The staff was also very friendly and helpful, even though we were there in the last half hour they were open and enjoyed our treats there, staying right up until closing time.

If I was to be critical of one thing, the berry crepe was served in a conical vessel which made it kinda hard to eat tbh. And we didn’t really love the corn flakes that were added to it. Still good, but next time I’d ask them to hold the cereal and see if they could serve it in the flat cardboard container like they did the...
