McDonald's — Restaurant in Hot Springs

All I wanted was a couple apple pies, I've been craving them alot lately. I convinced my boss to let me leave work to go get some and went to this McDonald's. First off it took 20 mins to get my pies even though there was only one car in front of me and we were the only 2 cars in the drivethrew and the dine in was closed. Finally I get my bag and rush back to work and my pies were not apple but pumpkin, so I call and explain what happened. I drive back up to the store and the lady at the window started cursing at me because I cut in line and then stopped when I told her why, cause I had just sat for another 15 mins to exchange these pies that they messed up. Left the store got back to work and the apple pies that they exchanged me for were 1 hard as a rock 2 all the filling was completely dried up and 3 the apples looked like dried up cardboard. I decided I would call back and explain this now situation. The manager proceeded to tell me he makes everything fresh on his shift and that they should have stickers showing what time they were made, they did not have any stickers not even the pumpkin pies they mistakenly had given me had any stickers on the boxes. I then put my phone on speaker so that this manager can hear the rock they sold me as a pie drop onto the bar so he knows I'm not lying trying to get free food, I just want the apple pie I paid for to be at least editable. He said to come back up when I get off work and he will replace my apple pies. So when I get off work I go to the speaker to tell them "Hey it's me I'm here for my pies" the lady tells me hold on at the speaker and I wait another 5 mins till she returns and she lets me know it's gonna take them 12 more mins to cook my pies cause they don't have any. So hours later the truth comes out, they gave me pumpkin pies cause they didn't have fresh applied pies and when I returned they gave me old bad apple pies and then when I come back for that mess up now I'm gonna have to wait longer because they still didn't make the pies after the first 2 times they messed up on them. Like come on get it together already. So needless to say I called ahead to the other McDonald's on central asked if they had apple pies and if they were fresh and they did and they were 5 mins out of the oven so I went ahead and paid for more apple pies but atleast I can...

I had placed two separate orders from the mobile app. Well we got one order and the second one was taking longer to process so we drove back around at which time I picked out my fries and began to eat them...that's when I discovered they were soggy and cold. Since we had to go back thru the drive thru to get our second order which at this time literally 2 minutes has passed and we get to the pick up window and the same employee that just served us just minutes before handed us our drink and informed us that it would be a minute on our food which was cool... eventually she handed us our food and I had began to hand her the fries they served us literally 5 minutes before and informed her that we just got these may we swap them out for fresh fries and that's when she said she ain't seen us before and she knows that's not the fries she would serve this that and the other....I was taken back since it was only a small fry...she didn't apologize not once and said she would have to get her manager we agreed to wait at this point I became upset with her actions. 2 minutes pass by sitting waiting on the manager which doesn't show . The employee comes to the window saying she knows that's not from her store and she didn't do it. And hands us a nice hot fries and says to keep the line moving she gave us the fries ...not once did she apologize for anything....then we get back to our hotel and I unwrap my sandwich to find that there is a slice of cheese and Bacon added to my sandwich....all I ordered was a hot and spicy chicken sandwich....nothing special about it...so I remove the cheese and left the bacon on which tasted pretty good. But that's not at all what I had ordered. I do not see this McDonald's in my future nor do I see myself recommending to...

The worst experience of my life at any McDonald's. I ordered the chicken sandwich, add cheese and bacon. I received a burger in a chicken sandwich box with cheese and bacon added. Realizing that this error was made about 5 minutes down the road. I turn back to get the order corrected. When I arrive I'm ignored as I pass the order area and get to the first window. Then I knock roughly and I'm met with a surprised look on her face. I address the error at 9:25 or so. I'm directed to the next window for my new order. I sit there 3 or 4 minutes to be told to pull up and they would bring the order to me. Well..... 15 minutes go by so I pull back around and through the drive through window area to finally get my corrected order. Guess what.... It was short the cheese. So then they all act like I'm in the wrong for wanting my corrected order. I finally received a torn up slice of cheese in a nugget box after some of them stood there talking and looking over at me. Well I won't be eating this meal because I feel as if it could be tampered with. I'll be going over tomorrow to demand my full reimbursement of money given to this horrid establishment. Oh and I got bugged by the local drug addicts for food, cigarettes or money in the waiting area. Clean up your act McDumpster's. I'll never come to this location again...
