Hmmm i’m trying to figure out where do I start? OK today was a wonderful day until I stop by this location. Burger King. I ordered ice cream to be Pacific when I got up there to the register because I went through the drive-through right The young lady that was at the drive-through she was holding my ice cream in her hand close to her mouth with no napkin around my ice cream cone, knowing that she’s dealing with money at the drive-through register But maybe that’s how she was trained so I don’t too much blame her, but however, she went to go get the manager because she said the manager fixed my ice cream cone because I said it was dripping, the ice cream was dripping like it was just like it been fixed before I came to get to the window. It was dripping. I asked the manager when she gets to the window. Could she remake my ice cream? She comes up there with a attitude out of this world, snatches the ice cream out of my hand and throws it in the trash, then tells me in a rudely voice that she can fix it over again and at this point I’m like I don’t even want someone this angry to fix my ice cream because there’s no telling what you might do to my ice cream, as a customer, no one as a customer should be able to be treated this way I feel like someone needs to do something about this situation on a higher up level because this is just this is very uncountable. It was just something simple. All she could have done was remake the ice cream peacefully calmly. She had a nasty attitude, snatch the ice cream out of my hand once again, and threw it in the trashcan let me not leave out that she licked her fingers. She licked her fingers And then she went to try to make ice cream and I told her don’t worry about fixing it get my money because baby you just licked your fingers like what are you serious? Then she goes to the back and finish making some other customer?food I’m looking like wow this is crazy , someone needs to unexpectedly walk up in there and find this place find this place like literally rite this place off because this is ridiculous. This manager should not be working here because people don’t realize that you can catch diseases with someone licking on your ice cream or licking a fingers and going back and fixing other people food ? Read moreI cannot speak for the entire staff; but the window cashier who checked me out yesterday was the worst. (Not sure why people still behave in such a manner, during the current climate.) I ordered a double 🍔-add tomato. It was repeated back to me at the intercom. When I got to the window, she gave me my total and took my card (accidentally gave her my PayPal card.) She gave me the bag and walked away. She returned and informed me that my card was declined. I said, 'Ok. I ordered a double cheeseburger with 🍅,' handing her the bag. She said, 'Your card was declined,' taking the bag, but still not addressing the issue. I gave her the correct card, which processed the payment, and she just handed me back the same WRONG order. Feeling a little suspicious, I pulled up a little and checked my order. Sure enough, there was still no tomato. I then pulled around to park in the front and went inside. I believe it was a manager who got my order straightforward out. Still, before I left, I had to check it again. Lazy workers untrained and I bet the reason is because the franchise owner is a cheap person and does not pay these people well so they do their job even worse.
