First of all, I really like Burger King. I have the app and it’s convenient to download to the app and they have specials and I like to order so while I am in the store, I sit there and I pick up at the counter but today I get an astonishing surprise of a lifetime the lowest class service ever so I am missing items in my order first and then I ask for a cup of water after I received my order, they deny me a cup of water and I said I’m spending money. I know there is a lot of people spending money, not only me so they don’t wanna give me a water and they added it. Oh you want it for free I don’t want anything for free. Why such a language from a guy who arrogantly saying he’s the manager and cursing left or right I will. The picture is below of the managers to both of them When I told them this is really not the right way because I am here at the restaurant. I need a cup of water now they said 169 the water for free I requested to return the food since I am not getting the water. How do I eat We’re not drinking and I get denied return and get cured out . I had to ask what was on a particular burger, all she said was okay and before I knew they placed an order for more than one burger, I had to raise my voice some and stated, "what is on the burger, I don't know if I want it or not, what do the ingredients consist of"? The order was completed, after the order was placed she came back out and kept asking me if I wanted some kind of sauce on it, I couldn't understand her, I explained to her I meant no disrespect but I can't understand what you are saying, there was a serious language barrier and while at the register she was distracted. Instead of re-making my order the CASHIER went to the back and slapped cheese on the it. I saw him putting it in the microwave & saw he wasny wearing gloves so I asked "Because you are handling money during a pandemic shouldn't someone else be doing that?". He responded. " I washed my hands" (I'm not buying it). Then he put my burger in th ed microwave yo melt the cheese. It came out a soggy steaming disgusting mess! Given the lack of hygiene and my goopy Whopper with cheese I just threw it away. I had a large soda so I filled it at the machine. I went to the bathroom and it was FILTHY! Then I went to the dining room and sat in a booth near a power outlet but neither worked. I went & asked the cashier/cheese slapper guy about it and he said that "customers arent allowed to charge stuff in the store because of the homeless people".
