Craft F&B — Restaurant in Houston

The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt because although Nicholas was condescending and gave me a well done burger, after I had specifically requested a medium burger the order eventually was fulfilled correctly. I honestly think he thought I didn't know what a medium burger would look like? That's the only explanation I can fathom. Although we went through that ordeal the corrected burger was delicious so I gave them a second chance.

The second time was a thing of nightmares with the server (Nicholas) taking about 10 minutes to explain why they couldn't make a single Patty medium burger to once again serving a overly cooked burger (even after I just ordered the regular Patty burger), nowhere near medium. We asked for the manager at that point and Juan tried his best to understand why we were upset when we were served an almost burnt burger....we paid our bill and almost ran out of there upset and me (personally) still hungry. Juan walked us to another of their restaurants where I had dinner.

I have never had worse service in my life. Nicholas is a incompetent server and has NO people skills. I will avoid this place from here on because although their burgers are good, it's not worth the stress of bad service.

I have to admit Juan was super nice and really tried to make us comfortable. I still will not be returning. Visit at your own...

I have been to Craft two times prior from my most recent visit and each time the food has been phenomenal. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in recent memory.

Our poor waiter was serving 7 tables all on his own. There was one specific staff member who didn’t really do anything the entire time I was there which was over an hour.

My party of 4 ordered a pretzel as an app, two pizzas, and two burgers. After 1 hour of waiting, we finally received our pretzel after reminding the manager we ordered that, and the reason for the delay in our food was due to uptake in pizza orders…?

The first pizza arrived to the table shortly after but the 2nd pizza we ordered arrived 10 minutes after!!

Once the pizzas arrived, we waited for burgers… waiting waiting waiting, we then asked where our burgers were. After observing the staffs interaction it was obvious the burgers weren’t arriving any time soon.

Eventually, we decided to cancel our burger order and get the hell out of there as we were left waiting all night to starve.

It was my birthday and the night was ruined especially since my friend wanted to be home early as she had a big run the next morning.

Unbelievably disappointed and don’t know how to feel about this...

The food was ok. Fried pickles were good but a little salty. The service was lacking. I was with a large group, 11 people. The server refused to split the check and gave us a bit of an attitude about it. It would have been nice to have been told the no split checks rule when the reservation was made, but we were not told. It wasn't even very busy and the server still refused to take more than 2 separate credit cards. Also, she failed to notify those who ordered sodas that they were $4 for each refill, for an 8oz glass. Last, when all the food was brought out she was missing a side of onion rings. That wasn't a big deal but the way she acted about it was. It was her mistake and all she had to do was fix it but instead she was rude to us. Parking is doable but limited. I...
