Sometimes you order something off the Internet and find a gem you’d of never found. Pinto Ranch is that gem. I ordered a Stetson Open Road in Caribou, it was the only place in the US that had my size and the color I wanted. Like anything you order online if you’ve never tried it on your’er guessing. 71/4 is different in every manufacturer. My head is not oval, it’s long oval… I called Pinto Ranch and Allen answered the phone. I explained the situation situation and after a couple minutes of talking, I said where the heck are you from? He says South Carolina well, I’m in California and I’m a North Carolina boy, call it a Southern thing, but Allen made me feel extremely comfortable and said, look you need to talk to our hat guy Tony he’s a magician. Tony picked up the phone. We talked for literally three minutes. He said send the hat back to me. I’ll sort you out no issue. Pinto Ranch has a “make it right policy” available a check out. I futzed around with a hat and was looking at putting a little mule kick in it so I boxed up the hat sent it back. This is my experience 100% The hat arrived on Monday about 1:30 their time at 2:30 their time I had a phone call from Tony and he said your hat is the way it should be for you. During the conversation I said, is there anyway you could put a pretty mule kick in this hat you might’ve seen where I started one Tony said no problem. I think maybe 10 minutes went by and I received a text from Tony… I looked at the pictures and I was absolutely over the moon. I couldn’t text him back fast enough with a couple of pictures that I took and I said you read my mind! That’s magic. I called a couple days later because Pinto Ranch is so good on communication and I was speaking to Mauricio, he said hang on. I’ll shoot you the tracking information right now. Every touch of my hat and every person I spoke to is dedicated to an amazing customer experience. Side note I drive across the country at least one time a year to go visit my farm in North Carolina, I guarantee that my trip back next year in April I am stopping at Pinto Ranch. There’s a few beers I need to buy for these boys. You Have a question about ordering from Pinto Ranch. I can only tell you my experience and I’m sure it’s what everybody else will say! The first picture is what I was playing around with. The second picture is what Tony did not seeing what I was thinking. Perfection! Thanks guys and...
Read moreI ordered my new Stetson Hutchins hat from Pinto Ranch and it arrived today damaged and it wasn't from shipping because the box was in perfect condition. That means that the person who packaged it from Pinto Ranch at 1717 Post Oak Blvd in Houston Texas did not inspect it. I spent just over $100 on this hat. Much cheaper that my other Stetson but I really like this style. Anyway I called Pinto Ranch in Houston Texas and explained to the fella on the other line my situation and I would like the same undamaged replacement hat. As we were talking I explained that this is a big inconvenience due to the covid going on and dealing with USPS office me having to re ship it back and dealing with UPS office etc. The guy I was talking to gave a sarcastic laugh/ chuckle. I said do you think this is funny? That is very bad customer service and quite frankly rude. I could buy this hat at several other stores but I choose Pinto Ranch, big mistake on my part. What I wanted ,was for him to send me a new same 7 1/2 hat expedited shipping with a return label and I would then ship back the damaged hat in that box back to them. But he said they would have to inspect the hat first then make a decision!! What I wanted to say is "hey a** hole" you already got my $105 so how about a undamaged hat? But instead I said I will eat the $105 and donate the hat and write a review about my experience with Pinto Ranch. He said "quote" "go ahead " I hung up... I'm very disappointed in that individual at Pinto Ranch and the loss of my $105 but more disappointed in not having that hat...
Read moreI went into this establishment the week of January 20th to make a return from an online purchase. The security guard was welcoming but the female sales clerk was certainly NOT. Her disdain for my mere existence in this store was evident as she begrudgingly processed my return. While barely communicating she abruptly left her cashiering station and went to the back of the store. I waited at the cashiering station for about 5 minutes and when she emerged she breezed right past me and started to graciously help a customer with her jewelry selection. I tried to ask the sales clerk if I was going to receive a return receipt and she blatantly ignored me. Another sales associate told her I was speaking to her and she didnt care. She continued to help the other customer. A gentleman eventually brought me a return receipt. This seems to be a nice store with nice merchandise however, your sales clerk is definitely well versed in ensuring certain customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed in this store. She is definitely not the type of employee I would like to encounter in any circumstance and presents a poor representation of your store and...
