I absolutely love going to The Post Oak Hotel for many reasons but, visiting Fabian at the salon is definitely at the top of my list. Fabian does my hair & makeup anytime we visit the hotel and I always leave the salon feeling fab. His styling skills are second to none & he’s always on point with my makeup. I’m usually willing to let him get as creative as he wants to be & I’m always pleasantly surprised. He & I always have the best time! Definitely good for the soul & you’ll leave feeling on top of the world!

Scrubbed my skin off. Literally. Swelling lasted a week. Accompanied with a throbbing sensation upon standing and walking. I did not get much relaxation following the service/spa appt. So for that reason I simply requested a refund for the service. Clayton Owen said we would reach a resolution but went MIA after a few weeks. 5 months later he is still MIA and I’m left with darkening scars which make the lower 3rd of my legs darker than the rest.

Curt Darling is absolutely amazing! I’m in love with my dry cut! I don’t trust a lot of people to cut or even touch my hair. I will admit I was scared to have my hair cut dry because it had never been done. I really appreciated through out my haircut Curt was explaining to me about what he was doing and tips to style my hair. My hair feels so healthy and soft. The salon is remarkably relaxing and the staff was exceptional and very attentive. I highly reccomened not only visiting the salon but also to book your appointment for a Dry Cut by Curt Darling!! Such a beautiful hotel and spa! Everyone is friendly and polite. Too bad the services are SO sub par! I have gotten a facial, manicure, and pedicure, monthly, for years. In Houston, I go to Trellis, so I was not offended by the pricing ... but definitely expect a seasoned, skilled professional. No need for a second chance. It’s that bad. Sad because the lunch at Bloom and Bee beats the selections at Trellis! Sigh! It would be nice to have another option for luxury services in the area, but the Spa at Post...
