We honestly love this store so much. My mother, Zainab, and I have been coming here for almost 20 years. We have pieces from them that are 2 weeks old, and 2 decades old—both of them look the same. This just speaks to the immaculate quality and craftsmanship that they put into each and every piece. Their pieces are undoubtedly an investment, but they truly are meant to last you a lifetime.
Moreover, each and every one of their team members is so well-trained and willing to go above and beyond for you. Adrianna, the manager, is so welcoming and anytime there is any concern, she addresses it with immediacy and thoroughness. We miss Keith dearly—we have worked with him on multiple orders, but have had the pleasure of coordinating our recent orders with other team members who have been exceptional to work with as well. Christina has made our delivery processes so hassle-free and easy. And, Orlando is just so sweet, helpful and patient when we have questions about how an item works. Truly a remarkable team of people who make shopping for furniture feel like a vacation...
Read moreTerrible company. The furniture was good decades ago - now the designs are awful, sans a few pieces and those pieces are absurdly overpriced. Bought a $14k couch from them a year and a half ago and I didn't read the fine print. Returned it with no refund and got a store credit. I have contacted over a dozen designers and have been unable to sell this credit for even 40% of the value - that's a pretty good indication of how overpriced and cruddy this entire brand is - this particular store itself is a reflection of the overall corporate brand, lack of customer service and of course overpriced/gold plated janky furniture. Read moreHuge Huge disappointment. We had our new desk delivered on Dec 20th. When it was delivered it had two areas that were damaged. We called Karla our rep and told her and she said no issues, we will get it fixed. Well short of the story is after involving 4 diff people including Karla, Karla's Manager and Orlando (the person who is in charge of repairs) nothing still has been done after countless emails, texts, etc. So today I paid someone 200 dollars to fix it on my own. How can you sell furniture at this price point and then not have someone to fix it. Truly unbelievable. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this store...
