Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

This Domino's started off real good when they first opened. All that slowly changed. Tonight we ordered online for pickup and when I got there. I go to open the door and it's locked. The worker looked at me right in the face twice and went back to what he was doing. Like screw me and my order. I stood outside in the cold for almost 5 minutes and he didnt give and damn. Another lady walked up and she couldn't get in either. A driver pulled up and he let him in. I asked the driver if they were closed or some and he ignored me. Walked right on past. The guy inside didn't say 1 single solitary word to me. Just stepped to the counter and stared. These ghetto trashy workers Domino's has hires at night look like trashed out thugs and they have absolutely no manners. Not a "can I help you" or anything just blank stares. I gave the guy my name, he handed me my pizza a walked off like they on drugs or something. Even the lady who walked in with me looked at me as though " who in world hired this thug ". I will not be going back. I don't appreciate spending my hard earned money then forced to wait out un the cold while my pizza is sitting there doing the same. They give anyone a job these days. I also don't appreciate bad manners. I thought the Domino's on Little york was ghetto so I started coming to this new location a couple years back. I live a block away and it’s always something with this dominos there either out of something or no drivers or if something is wrong they take another 45- and hr hour to let you know or till your food to arrive or even get in the oven then when you get your order the pizza isn’t even cut all the way and the wings are size of sticks and they give you a penny size of sauce like the wings aren’t even coated just trifling then we got a call again stating their delivery driver had to leave for personal issues so we have to go pick up the order mind you I placed the order at 6 some I didn’t get a call till 8:07 that we have to pick up the order and then proceed to say it will be ready in 15 mins I say okay we go and they tell my husband it’s cancelled when did I say cancel the order I asked how many minutes will it be ready and said 15 that didn’t ring a bell in your head that we were gonna go huh? The customer service was very unprofessional and the manager Nia. Is most definitely not leading by example. I ordered the special online large pizza for $6.99 two toppings the order was messed up I called they told me to come back and get the pizza I used my gas to get there and literally have to argue with Nia and the Arther rude person making pizza I was there one an hour to end up them having me pay $1.89 who does this that all they had to say I could have left along time ago communication is horrible service is horrible and if this is how the manager Nia is leading or training the other employees were in trouble as well as Dominoes pizza.
