Read moreDO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND READ THIS REVIEW I had birria tacos for the first time a month ago. They were absolutely wonderful. I won't mention the name of the place i got them from but let me be clear THEY WERE NOT FROM HERE. If they had been, I would've assumed i didn't like birria tacos. Let me also add that I don't leave reviews unless the place was absolutely amazingly perfect or awfully terrible. To say I was disappointed is an under statement. I ordered 5 tacos and they were so empty that I legit thought they had only given me 3 until I started peeling them from one another. I just couldn't believe my eyes but I was hoping the taste would make it up for it. THE ONLY REASON I ATE IT IS BECAUSE I LIVE TOO FAR FROM THIS LOCATION. Otherwise I would have taken it back and got a refund. Idk if it was a bad night but it was a Sunday around 930pm and the place only had two customers in it. I won't be back. $25.99+ $2.26 for extra consume that I wish I hadn't gotten but I ordered for my mom and we don't live together. I took pics but it's not giving me the option to post. Edit to add: after looking at other pics I just can't believe it. Whoever the cook was on 9/15/24 at 930pm needs a real good talking to. I legit...
Read moreMy sister and I stopped by around 10:30 PM and ordered the Dripped Fries, Birria Ramen, Quesabirria Tacos, and a Pineapple Agua Fresca. The food was decent—good but not the best we’ve had. The ramen was definitely the standout: spicy, flavorful, and really well done. My sister enjoyed the tacos with the cilantro lime sauce. The fries were tasty, but if someone handed them to me without saying what they were, I probably would’ve guessed pulled pork BBQ fries instead of Birria fries. Overall, not bad at all, just not something I’d go out of my way to come back for.
What will bring me back here—or at least make me recommend this place—is the service. Ashley was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. She was kind, thoughtful, and so attentive—helping us order, making sure we had everything we needed, even giving us tips on keeping our food fresh in the to-go containers. She genuinely cared for us as if she was taking care of family, and that kind of service is rare. Ashley made our first experience here memorable, and honestly, she deserves a raise, a promotion, and all the recognition. If nothing else, I’d tell people to come just for her...
