The employees at this location is amazing! They never fail to satisfy my family. I’m here everyday of the week! They serve with a smile and positive energy every time, never nothing less. This store always has everything, never out of stock of anything! I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to take the time out of my morning to leave one and show appreciation and recognition to this location! I specifically would love to honor Kristina and Kiara at this location, these ladies are wonderful! They work great as a team and individually, they’re apart of the reason I look forward to my morning trip to Starbucks ( or any time of day at that haha ) they provide professional and quick services! Starbucks did good with hiring these ladies, I’m more than sure they brighten up everyone else who gets serviced by them! Just a little PS, I highly believe Kristina deserves to be a lead.. she goes above and beyond, never leaves the team a stray and without a team she can handle a very busy day! Isabella truly exceeded my expectations with her remarkable service—she was a beacon of efficiency and speed while fulfilling my order. I opted for an Emperor's Club with coconut milk, and she surprised me by incorporating a delightful splash of chai. The result was nothing short of extraordinary; each sip was a harmonious blend of flavors that danced on my palate.

The drink itself was flawlessly steamed, reaching that perfect warmth I always crave, which was a relief since I didn't even have to request a child's temperature—she just knew. To top it all off, it was filled to the brim, just how I love it. I wholeheartedly give my stars to W3ll Sp3nt for such an exquisite experience!

Two stars for the sake of being a Starbucks and that it is the first time I have a problem with ANY staff member at ANY location.

The drink was off. The drink ordered was not a new drink, so I know the taste and the person who prepared it is not new either. Pam did not give good service, she threw the receipt at me and when she asked me for something regarding my card, she was rude. I understand if she is new and has questions, but a) I’m sure there’s training and there was another employee next to her, so she could’ve easily asked her, b) I am more than happy to answer questions, but please be nice, and c) don’t throw things at customers, even if it’s a paper.
