Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

BEWARE DONT ORDER ONLINE FROM THE WEBSITE USE DOORDASH!!!! I ordered on line because i dont have a door dash account and the food never came. i got an text saying it has been delivered. I called the delivery driver and the delivery driver said they were sorry but they couldn't deliver it. i was upset but i said let me just call the store and get a refund. I called the store and the rude manager told me he cant give me a refund and he cant send nobody to give me my food. He said I could call his manager Milaros in the morning. He refused to give me his name or the corporate office phone number. He said i should have never ordered online because they don't have an online and i need to call doordash even though i ordered from them. I paid 22.00, 8.00 of it was delivery fee, After 2 hours going back and forth I finally had to take an uber there and back to get my cold food. If i have ordered this through doordash they would have just gave me a refund. In all I spent 42.00 to get a smash jack#9 with a side salad and halfsie fries. The restaurant looked clean when i got there. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. IT WAS MY FIRST...

I stop here at least 4-5 nights a week. For the most part service is relatively quick and the food is always fresh and hot. Here in the last week there is 1 employee who for whatever reason will restart the drive thru computer and stand outside smoking with the headset on and proceed to tell all customers that the system is down for 30 minutes or more. Once there was a vehicle I just saw order. As I pulled to the order box he said that the system was down I told him I just saw him taking the other vehicles order and I know that they have more than one computer. His reply was oh I fixed it. At the window he pointed out that he restarted a windows based computer.

That was the only time he's ever actually taken my order thank goodness. I simply can't believe that at different hours all methods of taking orders are suspended until he is available again. I will update my review if jack in the box ever corrects this late night computer failure. The shameless action of one employee is why...

I'm usually not one to post negative reviews,  but the employees at this location need some training on customer service!  I ordered the 3 pc egg rolls and asked her to please make them fresh. I definitely don't mind waiting the 5 minutes or so for them to be fresh.  I pull up to the window, 1- 1/2 minutes later and she tries handing me my order and I was like these have been reheated after sitting there for no telling how long because if they were fresh, they'd still be in the grease.  I asked her nicely to please make them fresh and boy the attitude came out and I waited like 4 min and she handed me the same bag with the same OLD EGG ROLLS!!!!! I paid her and she tried to stiff me my $5 change until I asked!!!!  so when I'm leaving I told her that I sure hope her evening gets better and to be careful cuz customer service is a HUGE part of your job, this I do know, I deal with it EVERY DAY! and she shut the window, not a word came out...
