If I could leave this review a zero star I would will definitely be calling corporate on this location today after my experience last night. Went in to try the new famous chicken nuggets that everyone is raving about and I've had better experiences at this location before I did drive through and ordered two meals of the new chicken nuggets first off the first girl on the intercom didn't know the menu and a knowledgeable of the menu then someone else hopped on the intercom and tried to convince me to order a 36 piece nugget for $25! After receiving my food through the drive-thru I drove off slowly to prepare my food for my ride realizing the chicken nuggets were old dry and cold! After looking in the Box you could tell which nuggets were old dry and cold mixed in with "somewhat" fresh nuggets. I turned around and went inside to have my order remade fresh, upon watching one of the shift managers (8/28/23 -PM shift ) surve a box of food behind the counter with her bare hands I informed the cashier(lydia- who was also a knowledgeable about the menu and unprofessional) to let her know not to touch my food with her hands she then came around the counter and said she wasn't touching food with her hands I informed her I saw her with my own eyes scrummaging through the pan of food with her bare hands she then told me that was her food and that she could touch it with her hands if she wanted to. I then told the lady that I want my order canceled and that I wanted a refund she ignored me and served two customers and only refunded me what I brought back in after this awful experience she was rude had an attitude and was going back and forth from the register to serving food with her bare hands and informed this lady I wanted a refund on my entire order because this was unprofessional and the worst experience I had ever had she then snarked at me and said she's only going to give me a refund for the food that I brought back in. She then proceeded to try to give me a refund without a receipt! She "showed" me what looked like a refund receipt but refused to give it to me I then told her I was not leaving without proof that my order was refunded she really told me I could take a picture then proceeded to turn around and walked away with an attitude with a receipt wailing in the air using the inappropriate language "I don't know what the f* to tell you this is my copy this is my record" I then asked her to write on my receipt her name the store number and her manager's number because I know she was just a shift leader she was about to do so until she couldn't find a pen she then slapped my receipt on the counter at me and told me "I could call and get any information that I wanted that she wasn't giving me s* and tha she didn't have time for this" she murdered the name Danielle and as I walked out I inform other customers that she was unprofessional in front of them and that she was handling food bare hand and was unsanitary. Worst experience in a KFC that I have ever had if you can't provide customer service then you shouldn't be a shift manager and if you don't know the proper kitchen etiquette of not touching food with your bare hands whether it's for you or for a customer you should not be a shift manager or even working in a restaurant! Read more*Update: I decided to give them another shot. Today I ordered online and went to the store for pick up. Everything went smoothly and the young man that packed up and gave me my order was friendly and gave great service. WTG KFC! Five Stars today!
Terrible, terrible, terrible service. No communication with each other or the guests, and there were only 3 cars in line at the drive through and only 2 people eating inside. After already waiting 25 minutes just to get my order in (only one car ahead of me) and I was told to pull up out front where the previous car was waiting. Waited some more and when someone did finally show up at my car to ask what order I was waiting for, she then proceeded to tell me they were out of crispy chicken and I would have to wait another 20 minutes for it. Why didn't the guy at the drive through window tell me that? Terrible service. Cancelled my order and went somewhere else. They have another location about 2.8 miles away; I will try that location to see if it's any better.
**To the managers of the KFC location we are reviewing- do something about it. I don't see how you can have so many negative reviews for service and NOT do anything about it. I guess the apples really don't fall too far...
