On Wednesday July 12 I made a $26 order which was a brown sugar iced blond shaken espresso with white mocha and sweet cream cold foam, cookie crumble Frappuccino, Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino all size Venti along with a banana bread. Going to the window I saw them fill up the cup with ice and I wave to catch Ashley attention and kindly asked if they can put less ice because I wasn’t going to pay $8 almost $9 for a drink that was going to be mostly ice and Ashley with attitude and a rude voice said “it’s already made” and claimed of why “I didn’t say it while making the order”. While I catched her attention right away at the window and besides it did not give her any reason to give attitude… I am spending money to treat myself and my children this isn’t the first time that this Starbucks have hired rude employees and not only have I talked to the owner to this establishment before about his employees in this location yet nothing have seem to change… I will be calling corporate to make a complain.
Update: I don’t know why I did this again and came to this Starbucks! They gave me my drink empty $9 for not making my drink right! Read moreStarbucks is one of my luxuries- I’ve also had experience managing a Starbucks. So I’m very aware of how the customer service aspect should be. I only go to this location because it’s 5 min from where I live. Almost Every time I’ve went in to pick up my mobile order (which my order is the same every time) Whoever is working - whether it’s a shift or barista - they don’t smile and aren’t friendly at all. I don’t expect much - the morale in the location needs a boost - it’s typically the manager/management that sets the tone in any location.
I’ve asked staff here to fix my drink or add to it because it wasn’t done right. I’ve also left with my drink not being done correctly due to time constraints.
Today may be the last time I visit this location.
Starbucks customers pay for the luxury - Starbucks customer service is usually great and they replace drinks and fix them sincerely with a smile.
Today the barista barely gave me eye contact and seemed upset that I asked about my order / my mobile app said it was ready. I understand we all have bad days - I’ve given this location numerous chances to make things right.

My experience: We asked for a venti coffee with ice to cool it down but they messed up our order and gave us a pink drink instead. So we waited for them to make us the coffee and they forgot to put ice. It was burning hot when we got it and there was no tag on the cup, so we opened it to check if they had put ice in there and it spilt on my thigh. I screamed in the car and the guy at the window just gave me some napkins and asked us to move forward. We did move forward because there was a line behind us and we didn’t want people to wait. The whole experience hurt my body and my mind. If they could ask us to come around and provided some ice then I would experience less pain. ————————- Updates: We called the store and it turned out the staff at the window is their manager: Brandon. He blamed me for burning myself. He said he didn’t know what’s in the cup and his job was just to hand it over to me. And “IF I GOT BURNT BY COFFRE, IT WOULDN’T AFFECT ME. “
