I came here from out of state (AZ), beyond excited as a country fan and country bar lover — and this ended up being one of the worst bar experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, in my cowgirl outfit, I was made to feel judged, mocked, and completely uncomfortable.
The bartenders were behind the bar laughing, making eye contact with me, and clearly talking about me and my bomb outfit instead of helping us. The one in the blue sweatshirt flat-out ignored us even though we’d been waiting our turn behind another couple. She stood right in front of us, moving caddies around, playing on the computer, rearranging checkbooks — literally doing anything BUT taking our order.
The short bartender with heavy dark makeup then decided to just stare me down like she was trying to intimidate me. Jokes on her, true pretty girls don’t get intimidated. When I asked, “Can we order?”, she just kept staring. I even asked, “Are you okay?”, and she goes, “Yes”… still staring. I asked again, “Are you sure?”, and she finally says, “Yeah, what’s up?” — as if I was the problem.
I ordered a Ketel One and Sprite with lemon and lime. She takes the drink to the other side of the bar, moving things around it with her hands in a way that seriously freaked me out, then brought it back missing the lemon anyway. Meanwhile, the little guy bar manager with glasses sat there watching this whole thing go down and didn’t lift a finger.
At that point, I was so uncomfortable and uneasy about the drink that I took it, sat in the back, and didn’t even touch it because I was worried it wasn’t safe. I left my $11 drink sitting there and walked out.
Two women came in excited for a fun night at a country bar, and instead we got laughed at, stared down, ignored, and made to feel completely unwelcome. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Worst bar experience ever. Outfit photos for reference. NEVER AGAIN.
P.S. Some random door guy thought he was doing me a favor by saying my outfit looked good and that I should “appreciate it, since that’s even coming from a guy.” As if I care....
Read moreDO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. staff kicked us out of the table we had been at for 5 hours spent quite a bit of money kept tipping every time and after that we went and stood somewhere because we really wanted to see koe. just to be told to move along with me a 55 year old women and my son to be pushed by a manager. we left after that and will absolutely never be returning thank you so much for wasting our time spent way too much money bought food drinks and merch to be treated like that is absolutely ridiculous yall really need to evaluate your staff and after reading the comments about how racist this place is i also want to mention we are white and still got treated this way. Wasted our money our time and making us feel so uncomfortable we couldn’t even stay for Koe. i really hope this isn’t how he would want his business ran and takes some...
Read moreI don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. My friend and I visited this restaurant recently, and he was turned away at the door for having a t-shirt with a few cuts in it. That would’ve been understandable if the rules were applied fairly — but they weren’t. Moments later, a white man walked right in with a shirt in even worse condition and was welcomed without hesitation.
It was hard not to feel like we were being profiled. This kind of inconsistent treatment sends a loud and clear message, and it’s not a good one. If there’s a dress code, fine — but it should apply to everyone, not just selectively enforced based on what someone looks like.
We won’t be returning, and I hope management takes a serious look at how their staff handles situations like this. It’s 2025 — we expect...
