I am reporting this restaurant’s owner and group of investors to the McDonalds Corporate Office. They have flies flying around and plenty of staff in the kitchen not doing anything about it. I saw them looking at every person in the dining room as if they were criticizing or gossiping about the flies flying around situation. They’re absolutely rude and disrespectful towards the customers coming from the hospital. My mother was wearing a medical dark lens eye glasses and just needed a second cup of water for her medicine. Lady at the counter just brushed her off and said that there is water in the restroom sink. My mother is well into her senior years and shouldn’t be treated in this manner and nobody should either no matter what age they are. And if you are thinking of downloading the McDonalds app, to receive some special deals and offers. Beware, because it doesn’t help to get better service and they treat you worse. The McDonalds app is invasive and intrusive having all your personal information. This location has it all wrong about serving the general public and should be nicer. Read moreI Wish I could give ZERO stars. Poor customer service and food handling. I ordered Uber eats and the order was messed up so I called McDonald’s and this store specifically bc I ordered here. They said I could come in the next day and get my food remade for free. I said that would be fine I would be in the next day. I called 5-6 times that day to make sure I could still come in. I was sent to voicemail 4 times. Didn’t ring but once. Finally when I arrived after no answer I was treated with disrespect. I was told I couldn’t be helped. Couldn’t speak to a manager and MARIA (if she gave me the right name) was the rudest most disrespectful employee. I spoke to. Was very condescending and unhelpful. If I had been told over the phone I couldn’t come in I wouldn’t have. She even refused to believe I called them. Read moreI always come to this location, and I never have any problems with them when I use the mobile app. Service wise the staff gets confused. I went in and ordered two McChickens I asked for them to make it crispy because normally with the chickens if you order it, they don’t make it fresh. It’s usually something that sitting down that they re-fry and give it to you, but for some reason tonight the person in the drive-through did not understand what I was trying to say and charge me $2.49 extra for making it crispy. When I looked at the receipt they charged me for an extra chicken fillet which is not what I asked for. I tried to address the situation after receiving the receipt the lady completely ignored me and close the window in my face.
