While taking my order, the cashier never looked up at me or confirmed my order. Just told me my amount and moved onto the next person.
While waiting for my order # to be called, I looked at my receipt and one part of the order was wrong. So, as soon as my # was called, I opened the bag, looked to confirm the order was incorrect, and brought it to the attention of the person who called my order #. I explained the error and she flat out told me I didn't tell the cashier that when I ordered it or else it would be correct. I plainly told her that wasn't true and had to have a stare down with the girl for her to fix it. She huffed and called out for a new burger to be made.
It came out in a timely manner, but by the time I got back up to my son's HOSPITAL room, for whom I got the food for, realized they did not include his chocolate milk drink with his happy meal.
It was not worth dealing with the people at McDonalds to walk back down there to get him the drink I PAID for.
For being located at a Children's Hospital, these employees have zero compassion for the patrons they're serving who are likely there for very unfortunate reasons due to health of a loved one. A smile, a greeting or just not looking like you hate the world could...

This location had the most hardworking demonstration of teamwork I've seen in any Houston (and multiple surrounding) location(s). The food was fresh; Nuggets and fries perfectly cooked! ❤️
Not overcooked or multiple stuck together/undercooked. 🤢

The one that served me was in a hurry to use the restroom and so did not give me a normal size because she got it from an almost empty pot. That was the only regular coffee left. I asked the worker at the register to please top it up for me and that it was ok to use the decaffeinated. She stopped, gazed at me. I thought she did not hear me the first time and when I repeated myself, she rudely told me that she would pour it from whatever pot she wanted. Customers were shocked at that attitude. I lost my appetite and had to waste the whole coffee in the restroom after I left. Please those workers need serious inservice on customer service. This is a hospital environment where people deal with stress of having their love ones in the hospital. Having someone lose their appetite and mess up their mood for the rest of the day because of a rude server should not...
