I also love Chipotle but have to comment on the Tiny amount of food given in this location. The food is still great but it's about half of what you would receive at any other Chipotle in the area. I've talked to other people and the story is always the same, if you want half a bowl come here, if you want it full go somewhere else.

The problem here is location, this Chipotle has massive foot traffic a lot of which is from people who don't have the time to go elsewhere. Since we are stuck with it they get away with supplying small portions. The staff actually look scared to fill a spoon up? They take very shallow scoop, shake half off and then put what is left in the bowl. If like me you have all the time in the world and quickly pop to the Chipotle on Main and then compare the height and weight of the two exact same double chicken bowls you WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN and get 45% less for your money!

Horribly dirty! Floors, tables, food service line. Fannin street location. No guacamole? Person who took my order was rude and shuffled me like an animal. Music was so loud I asked him to speak up to hear twice. That made it worse. He became ruder! He also made an outward comment, "man everybody is ordering steak". Nothing about my meal was fresh! Everything they dished looked old and dry. Got my meal home, yep you guessed it, dog food. Cashier at least gave me a smile once I paid. And for the THOT who walked in yelling at a homeless man who was only trying to get something to eat, her words were " man get out of here people trying to get their food" she then looked at me shaking her head in disgust by him. While this restaurant is pretty immaculate in cleanliness, they suffer in terms of consistency, quality, and service.

I placed a pick-up order to have a fast experience getting my food during a busy day. When I got to the pick-up shelf, I saw that they don’t even put your orders on the shelf! They just keep them in the back, making it super inconvenient to get your order. Several of us waited almost 10 minutes for anyone to come to the back to give us our orders. This does affect quality as our food is getting cold just sitting there.

I got their new garlic guajillo steak bowl, expecting a great experience. The steak was not good. It was inedible, tough, and too chewy to even eat.

Unfortunately the proportions are also way off. I received almost no steak in the entire bowl! It was mostly just rice.

Overall this Chipotle doesn’t hit the mark in terms of service and quality, which are 2 hugely important aspects in the restaurant business. I do hope they fix this so that we can give this...
