Stopped in to see the inside of this McDonald’s, after they were remodeling it for several weeks and since they are advertising it in pride on their main Street marquee. There is Nothing fancy here, except the new inside kiosks. I suppose they needed to stop any crowding up front they are experiencing. They did hire a new employee to take your order at the kiosk. He revealed to me he didn’t know anything about the hamburgers, when I asked about the meat size and taste, they are grilling here. He Only knew how to order on this new tool by touching a screen with colorful pictures and it’s directive indicators. Well of course he did. He is young with no experience in sales or customer service. He probably only has experience in computers and gaming. I’m pretty sure of this by his lack of knowledge about McDonald’s menu items and lack of communication as an order taker. The owner also chose Not to hire an interior designer. Not cozy inside. No artwork. No colors. No plants. No new lighting fixtures. The Same furniture. It is So plain inside, except for these computer displays. Heartless computers inside here. They are relying on new computers to help with their poor employees, who need much training and lots of experience in order to interact in the Real World! And Probably paid very low too, now that the owner decided to hire a General contractor, that caused a traffic congestion in there small parking lot for weeks. Honestly, poor choices. Now let us discuss how poorly the grill cook was today in serving me a quick lunch. I have tried this Homestyle burger before and it is supposed to be hot, tasty and delicious with fresh ingredients. Enough..., so you won’t think about the high price you are charged for the single Homestyle at $4.29. I did ask the kid about upgrading with bacon. He did not know how many pieces of bacon you get for the high price advertised on the kiosk. He said he thought it was two, So I chose to stay with original menu item, with No bacon. Read moreI will NEVER EVER go to this mcdonalds again!!! Went thru the drive thru and ordered some food and 2 rolo mcflurrys. They told me to pull up to wait for mcflurrys to be made. We waited 10 minutes and i went in to see what the hold up was. I told them that i just wanted a refund and one of the managers said ok then walked off. So i caught him again a couple minutes later and said can i get my refund or do i have to wait 10 minutes for that too!! He told me that the lady in the back counting money had to do it so i waited ANOTHER 5 minutes!!! FINALLY she comes up front and asks me if she could help me and I said yes i have been waiting 15 minutes now for mcflurries and she turned to another employee and asked why they werent made and he said something i couldnt hear and then she asked well why didnt you tell someone and he just shrugged his shoulders and said i dont know. By this time i am absolutely furious at how much time i had been spending on waiting for the mcflurries and my refund!! So i told her i just wanted my money back and she freakin asks me if i had my receipt!!!! Are you f'n kidding me?????? I go out to my truck and cant find the damn receipt because i crumpled it up and threw it somewhere in my truck. Read moreJust let me start off by saying that I visited this McDonald's twice just to make sure that my review was going to be fair but as expected there was no mistake this place was horrible. My first trip to this McDonald's location stood there all by myself for about three to five minutes before one of the employee decided she was ready. Then my order let me tell you look like someone took the sandwich box(2) and shook the hell out of it and when I finished putting the sandwiches together turns out I had one pickle slice for two sandwiches and a giant mess of onions that could make its own onion sandwich. So on my second trip petty much the same long wait and when I explained the first situation I asked them to remedy the problem by making there sandwiches the correct way. Well needless to say they botched that as well the whole time the one who looked like she was in charge was on her cellphone almost the whole time. Now don't get me wrong I know that us as customers accept this poor quality of service and go on like it's okay because there nothing but a fast food joint, but that is why for the most part I try giving my business to small Mom & Pop shop restaurants who know how to really make real burgers and other variety foods.
