If a 0 star exists this place would be the first I would gladly give. So this is what happened on June 19 from 4 pm to 5:20 pm. As a doordash delivery driver I received 2 different pick up order from this place. I arrived to this juice bar after 10 minutes and asked one of the young teenage white girl the order and she told me she didn’t that see the order came through so told me to wait 5 to 10 minutes so they can prepare the order I said fine and waited 10 minutes and it’s not ready yet, waited another 20 minutes the order still not ready. For your surprise they are receiving another order and still making the new coustomer orders. After 35 minutes I asked one of the lady if the order is ready or not and again she told me to wait 10 minutes, the total waiting time is 45 minutes so far. After I waited another 20 minutes I asked the only guy in the store to tell me what’s going on with my order, he said let me check and after another 10 minutes he came and told me the order is NOT ready and they didn’t even started it. The total waiting time was more than 1 hour for nothing plus I canceled a 49 dollar order. What made me more furious was the way they talk to me. On the clock I am not going to say a word but this location has new employees that are dangerously unprofessional. Today is 4/1/2022 at 9am. One hour ago I witnessed a customer come in for an online order that wasn't even started when she arrived. I guess she was used to dealing with different employees and she asked about them. The chubby black female employee working there got mad and asked why she wanted to know about the employees who were working there before them. The customer explained that the previous employees were always professional and the order was always ready when they were working. There were literally no other customers in the restuarant and when she got there the staff weren't doing anything but talking so I could understand why she said that, but the employees took offense to it and the tall black Male employee that was working began threatening the customer and calling her names. Then the chubby black female employee called the customer the B word. The customer said Thank you, took her order and left. I am surprised that she did not respond to the negativity of the employees at this location. I live in the area. I would never let that slide if it was me.
