Complaint about the Inappropriate Behavior of Manager Mike at P.F. CHANGS
I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction and concern regarding an incident that occurred last friday at your establishment, P.F. CHANGS. I was present during the unfortunate encounter between Manager Mike and some customers, and I am deeply troubled by his rude and aggressive demeanor.
While I was enjoying my meal at your restaurant, Manager Mike displayed a level of rudeness and aggression towards the customers that I found highly inappropriate. His tone of voice was harsh, and it made the atmosphere uncomfortable for all present. Witnessing such behavior not only made me feel uneasy but also raised concerns about the level of customer service at your establishment.
What disturbed me even more was the fact that other patrons seemed equally uncomfortable and taken aback by Manager Mike's actions. As a loyal customer of P.F. CHANGS, I believe it is crucial for your management team to address this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for all guests.
I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and take necessary steps to rectify the situation. Training programs or workshops on customer service and conflict resolution may be beneficial for your staff, including Manager Mike. I sincerely hope that such incidents will not be repeated in the future, as they tarnish the reputation of your otherwise delightful restaurant.
Please keep me informed about the actions taken to address this matter. I trust that you will handle this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and make the necessary improvements to maintain a positive dining experience for all customers.
Thank you for your attention to...
Read moreBFF and I had some catching up to do. Since we both love Asian food, we decided to meet at P.F. Chang's close to Baybrook Mall (across from Macy's). I was a little early and took some outside pictures. They are posted.
Plenty of seating was available, even at the bar, but decided to wait on BFF before being seated by the hostess. The hostess gave us the food and drink menus and recommended the Chef's Feast. However, we wanted to take some time before we made our decisions.
Julia, our server for the evening, was with us within a minute of our being seated. She was very attentative and professional with a beautiful smile! She made the meal even more enjoyable!
For starters, we shared hot saki, California roll and vegetable egg roll as appetizers. Once again, my mind was on the food and eating... so I didn't think about taking pictures!!! And everything smelled so good and plated beautifully, just had to taste!!!
Next BFF chose the Beef Teriyaki and I went with the Mongolian Trio. The aroma was heavenly and the vibrant color of the plate was a pleasure to my eye that I just barely remembered to take at least one picture!!! (I am trying to be better at taking pictures before I start to eat 😉) The meat was tender and melted in your mouth and the vegetables still had crunch to it!!! 😋
I was so into the food that I forgot to ask about the two horse statues you see at the entrance to every P.F. Chang's, so I looked it up online. They represent power and strength, but was added to their restaurants with the 3rd one they opened. Also, every interior is different! Wished I'd taken more pictures. Well that can be remedied easily... just have to go...
Read moreWe've eaten at this location a number of times, but this week was our first time since the pandemic. First, the good. We have always enjoyed the food here, and this time was no exception. Our food was excellent. Even our kid cleaned his plate. And the restaurant was clean, including the restrooms (though the window at our table was a bit grimy.) However, our visit could have been better. The hostesses where chatting among themselves when we arrived and didn't really greet us. Next, we asked for a booth. And though there were only a handful of tables occupied in the entire dining room, we were taken to a booth at the back of the restaurant right next to the entrance to the kitchen. Okay, not that big of a deal. We commented amongst ourselves several times that the music was rather loud and repetitive - almost obtrusive in my opinion. Our waiter was nice enough, but wasn't very engaging. I flagged him down to get a drink refill about midway thru the meal. By the time he stopped by to see if we wanted dessert or anything else, all three of our drinks had been sitting empty for a while. We used the "pay online" option, only to be greeted with a suggested tip of 20, 22, or 25%, and even a "super tip" of 35 or 45% (as I recall). I'm sorry, but the service and the experience didn't warrant anything like that kind of a tip. With so many other dining options in the area, it's not likely that we'll return to this location...
