By far the worst Pizza Hut ever! I've never been more disgusted and dissatisfied with a business than Pizza Hut on Federal Rd.
There was a bug in our pizza and the manager never apologized nor was he interested in what concerns we, as customers had. Read below for full story...
Yesterday, 6/18/2017, I placed an order at apprx. 1:17pm via their app. I ordered and received my confirmation by 1:45pm. At around 2:40pm my pizza was finally delivered but when my husband opened the box we were disgusted. There was a bug that was crawling on top of one of the pizza slices. My husband ran outside to show the delivery driver whom also witnessed the insect crawling on the food. He suggested that my husband call the store. Upon my husband calling the store he was interrogated by a CSR asking "what type of bug" was on the pizza and then after taking all of the details suggested that he needed to speak to the manager Chris. The manager came on the phone and asked my husband again "what type of bug it was?" This location was more worried about the type of bug that was on the pizza instead of worrying about fixing the situation. The manager asked my husband to speak to the delivery driver who was still in our driveway. After the poor delivery driver was interrogated himself he passed my husband his cell phone back and the manager was no longer on the phone. The manager never spoke to my husband about what we wanted instead assumed that we wanted the order re-made and that someone would be delivering it ASAP. When I called back to speak to the manger, the manager answered very unpleasantly and basically said either you want your pizza remade or you want your money back but that bug did not come from this store. I was completely floored when I came to realize this manager did not care about anything I had to say. It was as if he was doing ME a favor and I was desperate to eat Pizza Hut. Negative! Read moreI placed an online order for delivery from the Pizza Hut at 941 Federal Rd in Houston, Texas 77015. I ordered two large three toppings pizzas with extra marinara sauce, two orders of wings (Sweet Chili and Lemon Pepper), and four 20 oz drinks. I received a call from the location advising me that they were out of both flavors of wings so I had to change the flavor to Garlic Parmesan and Honey BBQ. I asked if they had the rest of the order correct?...and even repeated the order, the young man said yes ma'am the order will be out for delivery right away. I received a text stating the door dash driver was close, but was having trouble locating my home. I called the driver three times and he did not answer the phone. I decided to wait outside. I saw a vehicle and yelled out. I walked to the car and asked the driver why he didn't answer the phone?... he said sorry sorry. I took my order inside, open the pizza boxes and instantly became upset. I spent $58 on dry pizza, and wings I didn't want. I called and spoke with Eduardo. I explained to him what happened, he acknowledged the issue and I asked to speak with the manager to request a refund. He stated the manager, "Lee" was not in and to call back tomorrow. I called back the next day to speak with Lee and Eduardo said she left at noon. I asked him if he told her about the issue? He said he forgot. I called the 800 number for Pizza Hut and was transferred over four times until the call dropped. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from any Pizza Hut again and I am going to tell everyone I know to stop ordering from Pizza Hut since this is the type of service they give their customers. It's sad that ordering from restaurants have come down to receiving poor quality food and no employee or manager cares enough to even call you back to right their wrong....
Read moreOrdered a pizza for delivery, was told It would be at my house in under an hour. I said ok it'll be more like 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I go out to my street and there's a car way down at the end of the street parked, makes its way up to me, turns out its the delivery guy. Explained the dilemma to him, he told us to call the store and explain to them and see if they would give us a discount. Called them, explained, and they kept giving me the run around saying someone called to change the order (we did, as soon as we had hung up ordering it, not 10 minutes later as she had claimed) and said the window for delivery is an hour. When we were specifically told UNDER an hour, did I mention it's not even 5 minutes , 1.8 miles from this location to my residence. How is it the pizza couldn't be here in 30-45 minutes.
Talked and tried to get at least a 50% discount on a cold pizza and breadstix, lady on the other line wasn't having it, said she could only take off 10%.
COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH DELIVERY TIME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS LOCATION, won't be visiting this location from now on.
First AND LAST time i'll even think about getting pizza hut. I'll stick to the Domino's at woodforest Krogers, Papa Johns on the beltway or Sam's Club pizza just up the freeway.
