Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houston

Today like around 1 PM I stopped by to purchase a meal. Nobody greeted me. Everyone was standing around the manager was doing orders. Everyone else was starving. Terrible service. There were people there before me that were still waiting for their order A customer literally waited more than 30 minutes for his order and it was only a three-piece meal I waited there about 15 minutes before I even placed my order. That’s ridiculous. They made a mistake on the customers meal. The customer got upset and he just told them just give me the sandwich I had to go back to work. I’m running late now. That’s ridiculous. I understand that sometimes it can get frustrating but if you know you need more people to help you need to hire more people. This terrible service on the way around will never go back there again ruin...

This is by far the worst Popeyes. I've ever been to I did a DoorDash. Order from them from their website They gave me old dry chicken and lied and said it was fresh. I asked for a refund. They wouldn't give it to me. I don't understand these people are never held accountable. They're lazy. They give you bad food and when you complain about it, they get an attitude and won't give you a refund. Emily, the manager on duty, blamed the DoorDash driver for the bad food. He's not back there, cooking. She is, then Michelle, grabs the phone and says, its not their problem. I'm not getting a refund, then they hung up. It's no wonder these people can't work anywhere else. I'm never shopping at this place again. And everybody else need to watch out and...

Here's the thing. I don't normally write reviews for fast food places unless they are terrible. There isn't much that any one location does from another in chain restaurants or fast food places. Since I've been in Houston it's been one disapointment after another. I'm pretty sure Houston food establishments are purposely staffed with retards.

But this Popeyes is actually outstanding. The staff was incredibly polite and to the point. The building itself was very clean, in and outside. This is saying a lot because this part of town is awful. The food was fresh and right on par for Popeyes. They actually made a few to many cajun nuggets and just gave them to me.

If you want Popeyes GO HERE and avoid EVERYWHERE else...
