A solid 4 stars, to be sure! I had previously tried to come here, but it was a Sunday, and Finn Hall was closed. Months and months go by and I stumbled across another place, also located in Finn Hall, that I wanted to try. So off I went.

We walk in and Finn Hall is literally a ghost town. Almost no one inside eating, drinking or being merry. The place is super clean, which I like and there are a few good options to try.

Alas, I ended up back to what I originally wanted ... Pizza Zquare. Husband and I decided to split a 14" BYO with pepperoni, mozzarella, cheddar and mushrooms. The guy behind the counter was super nice. My pizza came out a little darker then I prefer my pizza to look, so I was concerned that it wasn't going to taste great.

Full disclosure I'm from Jersey and a self-professed pizza snob. I've had pizza in Houston several times over the last few years and it's just not good. When we ordered from here I had my reservations but it was a new place that we've never tried so why not. We were feeding 30 people as we were down here for a robotics competition at GRB. We had 15 pizzas several orders of wings and salads. We were all quite happy with all of the food. I do think the staff is a little overwhelmed on such a large order so late in the evening but they handled it very well. Definitely will return here on subsequent trips to Houston. We have a few vegetarians that we were traveling with and the margarita and veggie pesto pies were outstanding. Also don't sleep on the wings here. The garlic parmesan wings were some of the best I've ever had, lots of flavor and absolutely crispy. Well done...
