I was thrilled to find Artistry in Finn Hall. What a wonderful menu! I have had the Ham and Pineapple, (oh yum!) and the Brie and Berry which took me right back to France for the gooey French Brie with an added sweet and sour taste. I was surprised at how much I liked the sweet potato fries with goat cheese and honey—this combination really works well together. I was definitely glad on this last visit that they hadn’t sold out of the dessert—Italian Budino. They had two left. Phew! If you like caramel, eat dessert first. It’s a butterscotch cream with a layer of caramel on top. I hope they have it the next time I go for lunch. Hurrah for this new lunch spot. Congratulations to the lovely young couple in their new venture. Keep those fresh flavors coming. I have shared the menu with all my friends. Today is the (2nd day) that me and my great friend frequent this amazing restaurant!!! Oh my goodness soooo delicious, fresh, healthy, tasty anddd did I say (F.R.E.S.H.). Yesterday we had the sweet potato bowl - simply divine and we were good and full. Today we had the Caprese panini and sweet potato fries and I had the goat chicken panini and my choice of tomato basil soup! Let me tell you, that soup was so fresh, healthy and tasty that I had no room to eat my sandwich and thought to myself, I'll eat it tonight for dinner - now don't judge me but by the time I made it back to desk from lunch - I took one bite and another and another until it was all gone.
