Thats what the owners of simple coffee have in mind for this great place! This has turned into my new favorite coffee shop!! Right by the entrance on Stestí food hall so you can stop by quick and get your coffee fox and go! But to be honest you’re gonna want to stay they have a nice seating area with plants (that are on sale too) and I know certain evenings they have DJ playing great hits! The staff is super nice and friendly giving good vibes and positive energy, that’s their whole vibe!!!

This is a solid specialty coffee shop. The baristas owners are knowledgeable and attentive — they take the time to explain brewing methods and answer questions. They roast their own beans on-site, and while the food options are minimal, the coffee is excellent. They offer flash brew, a coffee method that’s uncommon commercially. The barista explained how the process affects the flavor so I could decide whether to try it. It’s the kind of method used in competitions, which you rarely see available to customers.
