Employee or owner is completely lacking social skills, had a friend on facebook give them a bad review b/c the employees hung up on her. Instead of trying to diffuse the situation, he escalated it to the point where he completely bad mouthed her on her personal facebook page. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and they shouldn't be attacked for stating an issue. DO NOT GO HERE! There are way better smoke shops around town. I hope ya'll go out of business with your bad attitude.

To the person responding to my review, I didn't even make it into your shop because of the rude phone conversation prior to me coming in! Maybe if you slowly read my comment you would understand that. Y'all are rude and like I said before......

They deliver!!!!! If I could write multiple reviews, I would. Customer service is a huge proponent when I shop and they shattered expectations. They push local products and are extremely knowledgeable about their merchandise. I was having a get together around my pool, yes there were adult beverages involved, so I messaged them through Google messages (which you can find when you search) and there was a prompt reply asking me what they could bring to me. During the pandemic they were still trying as hard as they could to keep their customers supplied with whatever they needed. They also threw in some extra goodies for me to try out! To here and nowhere else if you want to be blown away by both knowledge and southern...

Ken and Randy (new) were awesome! I couldn't believe that they were open on New Year's Day and yet, Ken was training Randy and so they had come in for a few hours, beginning right before I called. I had broken the glass portion of my vape and Ken was extremely helpful. He showed me several options at all different price points and let me know the benefits and possible drawbacks of each. They were both so friendly and accomodating that I couldn't believe that it was New Year's day and they were working with such stellar attitudes and general appeal. The shop is FULL of options of most anything related to what one might think of at a "Smoke Shop" and the service is second to none. ...
