Sole Lounge — Restaurant in Houston

I booked a section at this lounge on April 6th through a guy named Joe. I was told my deposit would go toward my bill the night of the event, but that never happened. I’ve been reaching out ever since and he keeps giving me excuses and pushing back the date, but I still haven’t gotten my money back.

The night of the event was also messy. There was confusion at the door. They were trying to charge my friends even though everything was already paid for. The flyer clearly said unlimited free guests, but that wasn’t honored because some people still paid.

The flyer also said we’d get a free bottle of Belair and free hookah with the section. Joe told me they don’t give out Belair anymore but would replace it with a different champagne but we never received that either. They also said they don’t do free hookah anymore, but Joe promised us a discount. We bought two hookahs and didn’t get any discount at all.

Overall, the experience was very unprofessional. Nothing that was promised was delivered, and I’m still waiting on my deposit months later. I wouldn’t...

Was looking for a place to get a good food and drinks on a Saturday night and found sole lounge. It was a $20 cover charge per person to enter the bar and when we got in we sat at the bar because the rest of the bar was sectioned off. As far as atmosphere we got there around 11pm and there weren’t many people dancing but as the club bar started to get more crowded more people started to turn up. The bottle girl who was attending to us was very nice and made good drinks. I also had the lamb chop pasta which was really good.
