One star is too many!! I took several (14) of my athletes to lunch at this subway location. One of the ladies behind the glass seemed very irritated by the fact that the line was long to begin with and now we just added 14 girls to it. But, making sandwiches is what they do and I assumed that I was mistaken by her body language. One of the athletes asked for olives. 5 slices (literally) were placed on her sandwich. My athlete looked at me confused and I told her to ask for a few more. So she did. The employee told her "No. I can't give you more." I said, "Yes, yes you can." She replied, "Well, I will have to charge her for extra olives." Okay. So she proceeded to put a few (like 4) more olive slices on the sandwich. "Oh that's ridiculous. Could she please have more olives?" And again, the employee said. "No. No. I not give more." I asked for the manager as this seemed SO RIDICULOUS. Turns out... SHE WAS THE MANAGER! I was just floored. Is there some sort of olive shortage that I am unaware of? I just could not believe that Betsy (the "Manager") was really not going to give her more olives! The store remained busy and I did not want to make a scene with my athletes there. I left the establishment very annoyed. So, I just wanted to let you know if you are looking for olives to go on your sandwich... DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY LOCATION as they will not be able to accommodate...
Read moreI just returned from picking up an online order that was not ready for pick-up when arrived, and I arrived deliberately 10 mins after the projected time, because it was a '7 sandwich' order with 4 of the sandwiches being repeat orders of the same sandwich. I walked in with 2 pairs of customers waiting to place their order and the employee rushing to finish up orders for somebody, not realizing it was my order. I quietly sat near the area where orders-for-pickup would have been. Since I had just walked in I did not interrupt the employee making sandwiches and let him alone. At some point, he finishes making the sandwiches, bags them and uttered something in my direction I never heard. While sitting there, the employees shouts out louder that my order was ready. I left, took the sandwiches home expecting to find the effort of making my order will match the attitude to employee had on display... This was my last visit to this location. I literally live around corner, but will take my business elsewhere, rather than give this business one...
Read moreThe sandwich maker was excellent. She was kind respectful and diligent. There was an issue, however, with checking out. I was using a coupon and credit from the app and their register wouldn't accept the payment. They tried different ways and I even tried to pay with a different source but the system just wasn't having it. The owners happened to walk in during the issue and couldn't seem to resolve it either. They ended up having to do some recalculating and use different items in order to get the price more accurate. This process easily took 20+ minutes and was very frustrating. The Manager (NOT the owners apologized and kindly explained how they calculated to reduce the price as per my coupon and credit,(because neither of which were left in my account due to all their trials.) So SANDWHICH maker 5 stars, Manager 5 stars, owners (it's a good thing you hired good employees) get 2 stars. You really need to learn your system and be sure the app and your system can agree...
